Abstract
Planiranje implantoprotetske terapije bitan je faktor za stopu preživljavanja implantata. Bitan faktor u uspjehu terapije je kvalitetno i temeljito uzimanje anamneze i statusa koje nam olakšava i daje uvid u moguće sistemske ili lokalne čimbenike koje mogu utjecati na ishod terapije. Svaki pacijent je individualan te se moraju pomno pratiti ali i kritički razmotriti pravila postave implantata kako bismo odredili da li je pacijent pogodan za mobilan ili fiksni rad. Ovim radom će se objasniti definicija uspjeha implantoprotetskog rada, točnije koji sve faktori utječu na stopu preživljavanja implantata te koji sve proizvođači postoje na tržištu. Samim time se olakšao odabir vrste implantata, dizajn i suprastruktura koja će pacijentu pružiti kvalitetniji mobilni ili fiksni rad s obzirom na lokalne ili sistemske čimbenike terapije.
Abstract (english)
Planning of the implant prosthetic therapy is an important factor for the survival rate of implants. The essential factors for the success of therapy are the quality and thorough taking of a history and status that facilitates us and gives insight into possible systemic or local factors that can affect the outcome of the therapy. Each patient is individual and the rules of implant placement must be closely monitored and critically considered in order to determine whether the patient is suitable for removable or fixed restoration. This paper will explain the definition of success of implant prosthetic work, more precisely which factors affect the survival rate of implants and which manufacturers exist on the market. This alone made it easier to choose the type of implant, design and superstructure that will provide the patient with better quality removable or fixed restoration with regard to local or systemic factors of therapy.
