Abstract
Terapija estetskim vestibularnim ljuskama spada pod minimalno invazivne postupke u stomatološkoj protetici. Njima se postiže estetska korekcija boje, oblika i veličine zuba bez da se pritom bruse one zubne plohe koje se ne planiraju korigirati. Pojavom digitalnih tehnologija i CAD-CAM sustava protokol izrade fiksnoprotetskih radova promijenjen je iz temelja. Skraćeno je ukupno vrijeme trajanja terapije, smanjena je mogućnost ljudske pogreške te je znatno poboljšana komunikacija između ordinacije dentalne medicine i dentalnog laboratorija. Svrha je ovog diplomskog rada opisati tijek terapije estetskim vestibularnim ljuskama kroz digitalni način rada. Detaljnije će biti objašnjeno planiranje terapije pomoću programa za virtualni dizajn osmijeha, uzimanje otisaka intraoralnim skenerom, dizajn ljuski na programu računala, mock-up proba u ustima, brušenje za vestibularne ljuske, strojna izrada ljuski te adhezivno cementiranje.
Abstract (english)
Therapy with aesthetic vestibular veneers belongs to minimally invasive procedures in dental prosthodontics. By choosing them we can achieve an aesthetic correction of the color, shape, and size of the teeth without preparation of those dental surfaces that are not planned to be corrected. With the advent of digital technologies and the CAD-CAM protocol, the system of manufacturing fixed prosthetics has been fundamentally changed. The total duration of the therapy was shortened, the possibility of human error was reduced, and the communication between the dental office and the dental laboratory was significantly improved. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the course of therapy with aesthetic vestibular veneers through digital mode of operation. Furthermore, therapy planning by using a program for virtual smile design, taking impressions with an intraoral scanner, veneer design on a computer program, mock-up test in the mouth, grinding for vestibular veneers, machine production of veneers and adhesive cementation will be explained in more detail.
