Abstract
U radu je prikazan razvoj raznih CEREC sustava i tijek kliničkog postupka izradbe nadomjestka tim sustavom. CEREC sustav potpuno je novi pristup u nadomještanju izgubljenih tvrdih zubnih tkiva. Nastao je kao izraz želje za estetskim rekonstrukcijama žvačnog aparata uz spoj tehnologije nastale razvojem računalstva. Uvođenjem u kliničku praksu CEREC sustav za izradu keramičkih inleja i ljuski u ordinaciji bitno se pojednostavljuje i olakšava sam klinički postupak nadomještanja zubnog tkiva uz dobivanje istih ili boljih rezultata. Dobrom suradnjom između stomatologa i pacijenta CEREC sustav predstavlja terapijsko sredstvo koje estetikom zadovoljava i najkritičnije pacijente i zahtjeve moderne stomatološke znanosti.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents development of various CEREC systems and the clinical procedures of development of dental restorations with that system. CEREC system is entirely new approach in the process of replacement of lost hard dental tissue. It is a product of a desire for estetic reconstruction of stomatognathic system with the merger of technology which is a product of a computer system development. The clinical procedures for dental tissue replacement has been significantlly simplified in the dental surgery since the implementation of CEREC system for development of ceramic inlays and fassets in clinical practice. With this approach the results achieved are the same or even better in comparison to classic laboratory procedure. Together with good relationship between dentists and patients CEREC system represents a therapeutical tool which estetically satisfies even the most critical patients and meets demands of the modern dental science.
