Abstract
Cilj ovog in vitro istraživanja bio je utvrditi postoji li razlika u otpuštanju fluorida kod današnjih modernih materijala za ispune koji otpuštaju fluoride u odnosu na materijale koji već postoje na tržištu. Otpuštanje fluorida mjereno je kod tri različita materijala (kompozitni materijal GC Kalore, stakleni ionomerni cement GC Equia i giomer Shofu Beautifull II). Načinjeno je 20 diskova od svakog materijala (promjera 8 mm, debljine 2 mm). Otpuštanje fluorida mjereno je tijekom 10 tjedana pomoću ion - selektivne elektrode (ORION EA 940). U statističkoj obradi dobivenih rezultata korištena je metoda linerane regresije. Rezultati su pokazali da je kompozit GC Kalore otpustio 1,29 ppm F- u 10 tjedana ispitivanja. Otpuštanje fluorida se smanjilo i nakon 4 tjedna ispitivanja je bilo nemjerljivo ion - selektivnom elektrodom. Stakleni ionomerni cement GC Equia je otpustio najviše fluoridnih iona (24,512 ppm F-) i procijenjeno je da će otpuštati fluoride 845 dana. Giomer Shofu Beautifull II je otpustio 4,685 ppm F- i procijenjeno je da će otpuštanje fluoridnih iona trajati 195 dana. Zaključno, dobiveni podaci za ispitivani kompozitni materijal i stakleni ionomerni cement su slični materijalima koji su već prisutni na tržištu. Ispitivani giomer je otpustio više fluorida od kompozitnog materijala, iako su mu druga svojstva, navedena u literaturi, poput kompozitnih materijala, pa možemo preporučiti njegovu veću uporabu u restaurativnoj stomatologiji.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this in vitro investigation was to determine if the capacity of today's modern fluoride releasing materials is better than materials already used in the market. Materials and methods: Fluoride release was measured on three different materials (composite material GC Kalore, glass ionomer GC Equia and giomer Shofu Beautifull II). 20 discs of each material were made (8 mm in diameter, 2 mm thick). The fluoride release of materials was measured in a period of 10 weeks by Ion selective electrode (ORION EA 940). The methode of linear regression modelling was used as a statistic methode. Resuts: The results showed that GC Kalore released 1.29 ppm F- in 10 weeks of the investigation. Fluoride releasing decreased and was below possibility of mesurement of Ion selective diode after 4 weeks. GC Equia had the highest results in releasing fluoride ions (24.512 ppm F-) and it was estimated that fluoride releasing would continue for 845 days. Shofu Beautifull II released 4.685 ppm F- and was estimated that fluoride releasing would continue for 195 days. Conclusion: In conclusion, data obtained for investigated composite material and glass ionomer cementum were similar to the materials that are already in the market. Investigated giomer had a higher fluoride release than composites, although its other characteristics are more like composites, so it could be recommended to be more used in restorative dentistry.
