Abstract
Ugradanja dentalnih implantata u današnje je vrijeme rutinski kirurški zahvat nadoknade jednog ili više zuba u usnoj šupljini. Napretkom tehnologije, dijagnostike te višegodišnjim istraživanjem razvili su se protokoli za uspješnu implantoprotetsku sanaciju. Digitalizacija je u dentalnoj medicini, posebice u dentalnoj implantologiji, pridonijela tehnološkoj revoluciji u vidu virtualnog planiranja ugradnje dentalnih implantata i kasnije protetske opskrbe. Zahvaljujući trodimenzionalnoj kompjuteriziranoj tomografiji (CBCT), nastali su temelji precizne implantološke dijagnostike. Specijaliziranim računalnim programima može se virtualno planirati implantoprotetska sanacija, mogu se izraditi kirurške šablone za preciznu i jednostavnu ugradnju dentalnih implantata te se mogu virtualno izraditi i kasnije proizvesti precizne protetske nadogradnje. Digitalno planiranje implantoprotetske terapije danas je zlatni standard u modernoj dentalnoj implantologiji jer daje jasan prikaz terapije pacijentu i terapeutu, neželjene komplikacije kirurške i protetske faze svedene su na najmanju moguću mjeru te je cjelokupna rehabilitacija precizna, predvidljiva i uspješna.
Abstract (english)
Dental implants are nowadays a routine surgery of replacing one or more teeth in an oral cavity. By advance of technology, diagnostics and yearlong research protocols for successful implant-prosthetic treatments have been developed. Digitalisation in dental medicine, especially in dental implants, has improved the technological revolution in virtual planning of dental implants and later prosthetic supply. Thanks to three-dimensional computer tomography (CBCT), foundations of detailed implant diagnostics have been set. By specialised computer programmes, we can virtually plan implant-prosthetic therapy, we can make surgical patterns for precise and simple dental implants and thus virtually make and later produce detailed prosthetic upgrades. Digital planning of implant-prosthetic treatments is nowadays a golden standard in modern dental implant treatments since it provides a clear layout of the therapy to the patient and the therapist. The unwanted complications of both surgical and prosthetic phases have been minimised and the entire recovery is precise, predictable and successful.
