Abstract
Zbog činjenice da olovo i njegovi spojevi te brojni prateći metali koji dolaze s njim, predstavljaju velik problem vezan za zaštitu okoliša, provode se brojna istraživanja kako bi se postigla modernizacija postojećih konvencionalnih tehnologija (visoka peć /sinter uređaj) za proizvodnju olova i na taj način smanjio štetan utjecaj na okolinu. Stoga ovaj rad opisuje postupke dobivanja olova iz primarnih i sekundarnih sirovina (baterijski otpad i drugi olovnonosni materijali) uz nisku emisiju štetnih plinova - procesi direktnog taljenja. Među njima najrazvijenije postupke predstavljaju Kivcet i QSL koji su dobro afirmirani i razvijeni postupci, ekonomski i osobito ekološki su održive tehnologije. Ausmelt/ISA tehnologija kao i Boliden TBRC nude mnoge dodatne alternative za proizvodnju olova u ekonomskom pogledu te su također u skladu s ekološkim zahtjevima.
Abstract (english)
By the fact that lead and its compounds and numerous accompanying metals that come with it, represent a major problem related to environmental protection, numerous studies are carried out to achieve the modernization of existing conventional tech nologies (blast furnace/sinter machine) for lead production and in that way to reduce harmful impact on the environment. Therefore, this work describes lead obtaining processes from primary and secondary raw materials (scrap batteries and other lead-bearing materials) with low emission of harmful gases - direct smelting processes. Among them, the most developed ones are Kivcet and QSL processes, which are well affirmed and advanced processes, economically and especially environmentally sustainable technologies. Ausmelt/ISA te chnology and Boliden TBRC offer many more alternatives for the production of lead in economic terms and also comply with environmental requirements.
