Abstract
U perivoju Maksimir je izvršeno popisivanje drvenastih vrsta od ožujka do rujna 2012. godine, koje se uče u sklopu kolegija Dendrologija na drugoj godini preddiplomskog studija Šumarstva. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćen parkovno-šumski i perivojni dio Maksimira te područje oko Šumarskog i Agronomskog fakulteta. Ukupno su determinirane 134 različite drvenaste svojte, od kojih 28 pripada golosjemenjačama, a 106 kritosjemenjačama. Prevladavaju kritosjemenjače i to s porodicom Rosaceae (21 vrsta), zatim slijede porodice Fagaceae (7 vrsta), Salicaceae (7 vrsta), Oleaceae (7 vrsta), Aceraceae (6 vrsta), Betulaceae (5 vrsta), Juglandaceae (4 vrste) i Ulmaceae (4 vrste). Među golosjemenjačama porodica Pinaceae je najzastupljenija i to s rodom Pinus i Picea.
