Abstract
Cilj svih proizvodnih procesa je izrada kvalitetnog drvnog proizvoda. Uz kvalitetu, produktivnost i ekonomsku isplativost najvažniji su čimbenici proizvodnje. Suvremeni tržišni turbulentni uvjeti nameću poduzećima primjenu fleksibilnosti u proizvodnji koja će im pružiti konkurentsku prednost. U ovom završnom radu istraživanje se provelo na istraživačkom poligonu, poduzeću iz drvne industrije. U radu je utvrđen tok proizvodnje te prostorni raspored sredstava za rad. Određene su kritične točke i u konačnici su dani prijedlozi poboljšanja tokaproizvoda i organizacija sredstava rada sciljem povećanja proizvodnosti, bolje iskorištenosti kapaciteta i smanjenja troškova.
Abstract (english)
The goalofallproduction processesisthe production ofa quality wooden product. Along with quality, productivity and economic profitability are the most important factors of production. Modern turbulent market conditions force companies to apply flexibility in production that will provide them with a competitive advantage. In this final paper, the research will be conducted at the research site, a company from the wood industry. In the paper, the flow of production and the spatial distribution of work resources were determined, critical points were determined and, finally, proposals were given to improve the flow of products and the organization of work resources with the aim of increasing productivity, better utilization of capacity and reducing costs.
