Abstract
Rad se bavi se analizom tehnološkog procesa u primarnoj preradi drva, s posebnim fokusom na strukturu radnog vremena. Istraživanje je provedeno u tvrtki Strizivojna hrast d.o.o., a cilj je bio odrediti udjele različitih kategorija radnog vremena u ukupnom vremenu rada. Korištena je metoda trenutačnih opažanja, pri čemu su promatrana radna mjesta u slučajno odabranim vremenskim razmacima. Rad se bavi različitim komponentama radnog vremena, kao što su osnovno tehnološko vrijeme, pomoćno vrijeme, glavno vrijeme obrade, dodatno vrijeme (uključujući osobno i stvarno dodatno vrijeme), te vrijeme izrade. Na temelju prikupljenih podataka izrađeni su izračuni i tablice koje prikazuju strukturu radnog vremena i dopunske koeficijente. Zaključak rada naglašava važnost točnih i realnih rezultata jer se oni koriste u planiranju proizvodnih kapaciteta.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the analysis of the technological process in primary wood processing, with a special focus on the work structure time. The research was conducted in the company Strizivojna hrast d.o.o., and the goal was determine the shares of different categories of working time in the total working time. The method of current observations was used, whereby workplaces were observed in randomly selected time intervals. The paper deals with different components of working time, such as basic technological time, auxiliary time, main processing time, additional time (including personal and actual additional time), and production time. Calculations and tables showing the structure were made on the basis of the collected dana workinghours andadditional coefficients. The conclusion of the paper emphasizes the importance of accurate and realistic results because they are used in production capacity planning.
