Abstract
Diplomski rad sastoji se od dva dijela, teorijskog istraţivanja i umjetniĉkog istraţivanja. U prvom dijelu diplomskog rada istraţio se razvoj odijela i smokinga kroz povijest i analiziralo najpoznatije djelo Franza Kafke Proces. Drugi dio rada sadrţi umjetniĉko istraţivanje i njegov praktiĉni dio. Tu su prikazani crteţi kostima, odnosno kostimografska mapa koja je inspirirana navedenim knjiţevnim djelom, te crteţi uz opis svakog kostima za svaki lik uz kratku razradu i analizu likova. Iz kostimografske mape odabran je jedan kostim za realizaciju koja je popraćena fotografijama kroz sve faze izrade. U zakljuĉku se kontekstualizira povijest muškog odijela, pojava ţenskog odijela te realizirani kostim, kao konaĉan rezultat diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
The diploma thesis is consist of two parts, the theoretical research and the artistical research. The first part of the diploma thesis investigating the development of costume suits and tuxedos throughout history and analyze one of Franz Kafka's most famous work ''The Process''. The second part of the diploma thesis consist of the artistic research and its practical part. Costume drawings are presented, apropos a costume design inspired by the aforementioned literary work, with an additional description of each costume drawing for each character with a short elaboration and and analysis of the characters. One of the customes from the costume design is chosen and made, accompanied with photographs throughout every faze of the process. The concusion contextualizes the history of the male costume suit, the appearance of the female suit, with a realized costume as the final result of the diploma thesis.
