Abstract
Za diplomski sam rad izabrala temu „Uloga kazališne i filmske šminke u kreiranju kostimografskog rukopisa“. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog – umjetničkog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu posvetit ću se proučavanju kostima, začecima šminke, ulozi šminke te šminke i maske u ulozi kostimografskog prikaza. Ako želimo shvatiti što nam kostim govori o zadanom glumcu i liku kroz scensku umjetnost moramo shvatiti ulogu identiteta. S obzirom na to, razradit ću tematiku identiteta koji je neophodan element u analizi glumaca kroz određeno umjetničko scensko djelo. Analizirat ću kostimografiju kao cjelinu te zadaću kostimografa, šminkera i maskera koji svojim umjetničkim radom uvelike pridonose oblikovanju produkcije određenog djela. Također, posvetit ću se analizi tranformacije glumca u određeni lik. U eksperimentalno – umjetničkom dijelu rada izradit ću skice, realizirati kostim i izraditi masku kiparskim tehnikama odnosno tehnikom kaširanja te izraditi dvije maske isključivo od šminke uz korištenje specijalnih efekata i protetike − kako bih dočarala razlike pri funkcionalnosti i izradi svake maske pojedinačno.
Abstract (english)
For this work, I chose the theme "The Function of Theater and Movie Makeup in Defining Personal Style of Costume design ". The work consists of theoretical and experimental - artistic part. In the theoretical part I will focus on the study of costumes, the beginnings of makeup, the function of makeup, and makeup and masks in the role of costume design. If we want to understand what a costume tells us about a given actor and character through the performing arts, we need to understand the role of identity. In view of this, I will elaborate on the topic of identity, which is a necessary element in the analysis of actors through some stage art work. I will analyze the costume design as a whole, and the task of costume designers, makeup artists and maskers, which greatly contribute to the significance and conclusion of a work for the needs of the scene. Also, I will devote myself to analyzing the transformation of an actor into a particular character. In the experimental - artistic part of the work, I will make sketches, make a costume and create a mask with sculpting techniques or lashings techniques, and two masks made exclusively of makeup or makeup with special effects and prosthetics, in order to illustrate the differences in functionality and design individually.
