Abstract
Naziv diplomskog rada je „Utjecaj izbora tekstilnog materijala na realizaciju biljnog transfer tiska“, a podijeljen je u tri osnovna dijela: teorijski, eksperimentalni dio i dio s rezultatima rada i raspravom. U teorijskom dijelu definira se bojadisanje, tekstilni tisak i biljni transfer tisak, istražuju se prirodna bojila i pigmenti i njihova povijest. Zatim je detaljnije opisan biljni transfer tisak, bojadisarska svojstva vlakana u biljnom transfer tisku, močila i održavanje tekstilnih materijala bojadisanih prirodnim bojilima. Predstavljen je i biljni transfer tisak u suvremenom tekstilnom i modnom dizajnu danas kroz portrete umjetnica. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada prezentirani su tekstilni i biljni materijali korišteni za biljni transfer tisak, pomoćna sredstva i metodika rada. Na kraju su prikazani rezultati rada uz raspravu o istima. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je istražiti mogućnosti tekstilnih materijala u biljnom transfer tisku, bez korištenja standardnih močila koja se upotrebljavaju u ovoj metodi. Također je u cilju stvoriti efektan i zanimljiv odjevni ili uporabni predmet, tj. dizajn za tekstilni materijal procesuiran biljnim transfer tiskom.
Abstract (english)
The title of the thesis is "The impact of the choice of textile material on the realization of ecoprint" and it is divided into three basic parts: theoretical part, experimental part and the part with test results and discussion. In the theoretical part we define dyeing, textile printing and ecoprint and explore natural dyes and pigments and their history. Then the ecoprint, dyeing properties of fibers in ecoprint, wetting and maintenance of textile materials dyed with natural dyes are described in more detail. Following, the ecoprint in contemporary textile and fashion design are presented through portraits of artists. In experimental part we describe textile and plant materials used for ecoprint, together with aids and working methods. At the end, we present the results of the work together with the discussion on the subject. The aim of this thesis is to explore the opportunities in using of textile materials in ecoprint without the use of standard mordants used in this method. It also aims to create an effective and interesting garment or utility item, with i.e. a design of a textile material processed by ecoprint.
