Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je Transformacija odjevnih oblika prema radu Shingo Sato i Tomoko Nakamichi. U Istraživačkom dijelu rada objašnjene su osnovne metode i pristupi izrade krojeva. Izrada krojeva je umjetnost stvaranja krojeva izradom predložaka koji čine neki odjevni predmeti. Postupak izrade krojeva pomaže u realiziranju ideje dizajnera od skiciranja do konačnog proizvoda. Naglasak je na skretanje pažnje od uobičajenih konvencionalnih metoda na sve slobodniji i kreativniji pristup modeliranju kroja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu istražuje se rad i način oblikovanja odjevnih predmeta modnih dizajnera Shingo Sato i Tomoko Nakamichi. Temelj njihovog rada je pretvaranje dvodimenzionalnih plošnih oblika u trodimenzionalne oblike i forme mijenjajući time površinski izgled odjevnoga predmeta na neuobičajen način. Istraživani su elementi koji tvore volumen odjevnoga predmeta, nove forme, te način uklapanja u odjevne predmete kolekcije. Dobivene spoznaje korištene su za razradu kolekcije odjeće. Rezultat rada je autorska kolekcija odjeće nastala slobodnom interpretacijom rada to dvoje dizajnera.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the master's thesis is the Transformation of clothing forms according to the work of Shingo Sato and Tomoko Nakamichi. The major research of this thesis is to explain the main methods and approaches for pattern making. Pattern making is the art of designing patterns by making templates from which clothing can be sewn. The process of pattern making help to come out the designer’s idea from sketching till final product. The emphasis is on diverting attention from the conventional methods of pattern making to an alternative and more creative ways of working with block patterns. In the experimental research is explained the method of designing clothing and making pattern by fashion designers Shingo Sato and Tomoko Nakamichi. It’s a combination of two-dimensional cutting technique and threedimensional draping expression through block manipulations, as a result, a surface appearance of the garment is changed in an unusual way. The elements that make up the volume of a garment, new forms, and the way of fitting into the garments of the collection was studied. The knowledge I have gained was used to develop a fashion collection. The result of the work is an author's fashion collection created by a free interpretation of the work of these two designers.
