Abstract
Osim osnovnih zadataka njege i brige za djecu rane dobi, kurikulum rada u jasličkoj skupini podrazumijeva zadovoljavanje i poticanje emocionalnog, socijalnog, spoznajnog, tjelesnog i ranog razvoja govora kod djece. Odgajatelj treba kontinuirano stvarati kvalitetno okruženje promatrajući i osluškujući dijete i njegove potrebe. Uvjeti za učenje u okruženju moraju poticati dijete na samostalnost, trebaju biti dinamični, polaziti od djetetovih interesa i neprestano stimulirati njegove potencijale. To je nerijetko proces obilježen brojnim izazovima s kojima se odgajatelji svakodnevno susreću. Stoga će se u ovom radu istražiti što sve predstavlja izazov za odgajatelja u jaslicama te će se usmjeriti na njihovu perspektivu navedenog problema. Podaci će se prikupiti intervjuiranjem odgajatelja u fokus grupama nakon kojih će se razgovori transkribirati i obraditi primjenom kvalitativne analize sadržaja.
Abstract (english)
In addition to the essential tasks of child care during early childhood, the curriculum in the nursery group includes the support and encouragement of the emotional, social, cognitive, physical and early development of speech in children. The early and preschool teacher needs to continuously create a quality environment by observing and listening to the child and his needs. The learning conditions of such an environment have to encourage the child to be independent; they need to be dynamic, derive from the child’s interests and constantly stimulate his potentials. It is a process often characterized by numerous challenges encountered by educators on a daily basis. Therefore, this thesis will look into what exactly poses a challenge for educators in the nursery and will be focused on their perspective of the aforementioned problem. The data will be collected through interviews with educators in focus groups and after that, the conversation will be transcribed and analyzed using the qualitative content analysis.
