Abstract
Komunikacija je danas vrlo važan proces. Kao što je priroda svugdje oko nas, tako se i komunikacija odvija svugdje oko nas. Prije govora naučili smo slušati što je vrlo bitno jer tada prihvaćamo sugovornikove poruke te zatim dolazi do dvosmjernog procesa. Komunikacija u predškolskoj ustanovi je ipak malo drugačija. Odgojitelj je ključna osoba od koje sve polazi. S njim komuniciraju i djeca i roditelji te ostali zaposlenici u predškolskoj ustanovi. Odgojitelji i roditelji bi od prvoga dana trebali krenuti s formiranjem tima. Roditelji i odgojitelji susreću se sa istim odgojnim zadacima, ali svatko u svojoj ulozi pa je važno imati iskrenu i otvorenu komunikaciju, međusobno povjerenje te razumijevanje. Navedeni elementi bi uvelike doprinijeli djetetovu življenju i uspješnom razvoju u predškolskoj ustanovi. U ovom radu bit će istaknuta i objašnjena komunikacija općenito, komunikacija između odgojitelja i roditelja te sam njihov timski rad, odnosno partnerstvo i suradnja unutar predškolske ustanove. Samo istraživanje "Partnerski odnos i timski rad odgojitelja i roditelja u predškolskoj ustanovi" prikazat će što roditelji smatraju o timu, trebaju li surađivati oni i odgojitelji, koliko su zapravo roditelji zadovoljni razmjenom informacija i komunikacijom s odgojiteljima svoje djece, koje oblike komunikacije najrađe prakticiraju te koliko su sveukupno zadovoljni odgojiteljima njihove djece.
Abstract (english)
Communication is very important process today. Just like nature that`s all around us, communication also happens everywhere around us. Before speech we learned lo listen which is very important because that way we take in interlocutor`s messages and two-way process happens. However, communication in preschool facility is a bit different. Teacher is key figure from whom everything stars. Children, parents and other employees of preschool facility all communicate with teacher. Teachers and parents should form a team from day one. Both parents and teachers face the same nurturing assingments, each in his or her own role. That`s why it`s important to have honest and open communication, mutual thrust and understanding. Said elements would greatly benefit child`s living and development in preschool facility. In this work, I will point out communication in general, communication between teacher and parent, their cooperation, teamwork and partnership inside preschool facility. The reaserch "Teachers and parents partnership and teamwork in preeschool facility" will show what parents think about team, should them and teachers cooperate, how satisfied parents really are with communication and the excange od information with their children`s teachers, what type of communication do they prefer and how satisfied are they with teachers overall.
