Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je istražiti utjecaj bavljenja kinezioloških aktivnosti i utvrditi promjene u pojedinim motoričkim sposobnostima kod djece starije predškolske dobi, te kako kineziološke aktivnosti utječu na karakteristike i sposobnosti, ali i općenito na zdravlje djece predškolske dobi. Razvoj pokreta i razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti usko su povezani. Usvajanje motoričkih struktura kretanja nije dostatno, jer pravu vrijednost usvojene motoričke strukture imaju u utjecaju na razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti. Motoričke sposobnosti djece izmjerene su s šest različitih testova kojima se testira ravnoteža, koordinacija, repetitivna i eksplozivna snaga, brzina i gibljivost. Na razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti utjecat ćemo primjenom aktivnosti bazičnih navika, a to su razna kretanja, opće pripremne vježbe i manipuliranje raznim objektima. Istraživanje je provedeno u DV „Vrbik“ od studenog do svibnja 2017. u odgojnoj skupini na uzorku od 16 djece u dobi od 6 do 7 godina. Sustavnim praćenjem rezultata upravljanog procesa određuje se optimalno opterećenje za djecu s obzirom na njihove razvojne karakteristike. U ovom istraživanju upotrebljeni su motorički testovi koji su primjereni djeci predškolskog uzrasta te su predloženi u bateriju mjernih instrumenata kojim se prati motorički razvoj predškolaca. Rezultati su pokazali da između inicijalnog i finalnog mjerenja utvrđene su promjene u pojedinim motoričkim sposobnostima kod djece starije predškolske dobi. Djeca su postigla bolje rezultate u finalnom mjerenju. Potreba djece za kretanjem i igrom te kroz igru možemo utjecati na razvoj motoričkih sposobnosti, jer to je jedan od najboljih načina za učenje. Od rođenje djeteta sve su sposobnosti potencijali koji će se razviti kroz dječju igru i satove tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this graduate thesis was to investigate the impact of kinesiological activities and to determine changes in individual motor skills in older children and how kinesiologic activities affect the characteristics and abilities, as well as generally the health of preschool children. Development of movement and development of motor skills are closely related. Adopting the motions of movement is not enough, because the true value of the adopted motor structure is influenced by the development of motor skills. The child's motor skills are measured by six different tests to test balance, coordination, repetitive and explosive power, speed and friability. We will influence the development of motor skills through basic activity activities, which are various movements, general preparatory exercises and manipulation of various objects. The research was conducted in DV "Vrbik" from November to May 2017 in a group of up to 16 children aged 6 to 7 years. Systematic monitoring of the results of the managed process determines the optimum load for children with regard to their developmental characteristics. In this study, motor tests were used that are appropriate for preschool children and are suggested in the battery of measuring instruments that monitor the motor development of preschoolers. The results showed that between initial and final measurements, changes in individual motor skills were found in older children of preschool age. Children have achieved better results in the final measurement. The need for kids to move and play and through the game can influence the development of motor skills, as this is one of the best ways to learn. Since childbirth, all the potential abilities that will be developed through the children's play and classes of body and health culture.
