Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objasniti pojam ravnoteže kao psihomotorne sposobnosti koja je temelj rješavanju većine motoričkih zadataka i osnovnih pokreta, te njenu važnost u razvoju predškolskog djeteta. Optimalan utjecaj na ravnotežu s obzirom na veliki koeficijent urođenosti zahtijeva dobro poznavanje razvoja ravnoteže sukladno senzitivnim fazama djeteta. Također u ovom je radu prikazan pregled dosadašnjih istraživanja koja su relevantna temi ovog rada. S obzirom da su projekti koji zahtijevaju aktivni dječji angažman puno učinkovitiji u procesu učenja, velika se važnost pridaje igri kao ključnom čimbeniku u razvoju ravnoteže budući da je upravo igra aktivnost s optimalnom dječjom intrinzičnom motivacijom. Sukladno tome, predškolske su ustanove u velikoj prednosti da organiziranim i adekvatno izabranim sadržajima potiču razvoj i usavršavanje ravnotežnih sposobnosti djece.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to define balance as an psychomotor ability that is fundamental in basic motor movements and solving motor assignments as well as its importance in children's development. So the influence could be optimal considering hereditary coefficient, the children's development of balance and children's sensitive phase should be well known. Furthermore, this paper cites previous research relevent to the subject of this paper. With regard to projects that require an active children 's engagement are much more effective in the learning process, great importance is given to the children's play as a key factor in the development of the balance because it is exactly the activity with optimal child 's intrinsic motivation. Accordingly, preschool institutions are in a great advantage to with organised and adequate chosen contents stimulate and improve children's balance abilities.
