The paper briefly describes children's cerebral palsy, its types and possibilities of treatment, as well as the inclusion of children with cerebral palsy in a preschool institution and the challenges encountered by parents and children. Cerebral palsy represents a big obstacle but also a great responsibility for the child, his parents, health and education institutions and a society. The benefits of integration for children with cerebral palsy in the educational process are psychological, social and physical. The main goal of the paper is to show how the children with cerebral palsy are involved in the preschool institution and what challenges are educators, parents and other associates being faced with. The paper is written with the help of relevant literature and terminology divided into several sections. Children's cerebral palsy is described at the beginning of the paper, when it is possible to detect it and what symptoms point to the type of cerebral palsy in children and its treatment. Below are the methods of feeding children and the challenges that parents and educators encounter with. Furthermore, is described the importance of children's staying in a preschool institution, socialization with other children and the obstacles faced by parents when enrolling children with cerebral palsy in a preschool institution.
