Abstract U teorijskom se dijelu ovoga rada definiraju pojmovi nasilja, vršnjačkog nasilja, oblika nasilja, nasilja nad djecom sa zdravstvenim teškoćama te se objašnjavaju pojmovi žrtava i počinitelja nasilja kao i posljedice nasilja kod djece. Cilj je ovog istraživanja utvrditi prema iskazu djece, mladih i roditelja koliko su često i kojim oblicima klasičnog (fizičkog, verbalnog, relacijskog) i elektroničkog nasilja bila izložena djeca i mladi sa zdravstvenim teškoćama tijekom i nakon liječenja, a koje su vršili vršnjaci i odrasli, kako su se djeca i mladi zbog toga osjećali, kakve je učinke imalo nasilje na njihovo zdravlje te tko im je pružio pomoć. U istraživanju su sudjelovala djeca i mladi u dobi od 12 do 25 godina (N= 15) i nekolicina roditelja (N= 10). Ispitanici su učenici osnovnih i srednjih škola te studenti različitih fakulteta koji su stanovnici grada Zagreba, Metkovića i Šibenika. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom dubinskog intervjua. Ono je pokazalo kako su djeca i mladi sa zdravstvenim teškoćama često žrtve nasilja te da najviše doživljavaju verbalne i relacijske oblike nasilja. Fizičko nasilje doživjelo je 13% ispitanika, 6% od vršnjaka te 6% od bolničkog osoblja. Verbalno nasilje doživjelo je 53% ispitanika (26% od vršnjaka, 20% od bolničkog osoblja te 26% od nastavnika). Relacijsko nasilje doživjelo je 33% ispitanika isključivo od vršnjaka, dok elektroničko nasilje nije doživio nitko od ispitanika. Njihove zdravstvene teškoće najčešće su čimbenik rizika za doživljavanje nasilja, a ukazali su i na negativne učinke uvreda na njihovo zdravlje i kvalitetu života. Potpora roditelja i prijatelja tijekom liječenja imala je pozitivan učinak te olakšala suočavanje ispitanika sa zdravstvenom teškoćom i bržim prilagođavanjem na novi način života.
Abstract (english) In teoretical part of this thesis are defined concepts of violence, peer violence, types of violence and violence among children with cronic illness/disability, there are also explained concepts of victimes, perpetrators of violence and consequenses of vilence in children. The aim of this research is to determine according to the statements of children, young people and parents how often and to which types of traditional (physical, verbal, relation) and electronic violence by their peers or adults are exposed chidren and young people with chronic illness/disability, how they felt because of that, what effects it had on their health and who helped them. In this research participated children and young pepople aged 12 to 25 (N= 15) and parents (N= 10). The respondents are students of primary, secondary school and university and they live in Zagreb, Metković and Šibenik. This qualitative research was conducted by a deep interviews method. It showed that children and young people with chronic illness/disability are often victimes of vilence and it also showed that they are mostly experiencing verbal and relation violence. Physical violence experienced 13% of the respondents, 6% by the peers and 6% by the hospital staff. Verbal violence experienced 53% of the respondents (26% by the peers, 20% by the hospital staff and 26% by the professors). Relation violence experienced 33% of the respondents exclusively by the peers while electronic violence didn't experience anybody. Theirs' chronic illness/disabilities are usually factors of risk for experencing violence and the respondents have pointed to negative effects of insults to their health and quality of life. Parent and friend support during the treatment process had a positive impact and made it easier for the respondents to cope with chronic illness/disability and manage to adjust to new way of life.
