Abstract
Ovaj rad bazira se na pojašnjenju pojma uhranjenosti te načinima i vrstama utjecaja koji mogu biti presudni kod pojave određenih poremećaja u prehrani ili bolesti kod djece rane i predškolske dobi. Cilj i svrha rada je da se njegovim sadržajem osvijesti problem koji je u današnje doba sve češće prisutan kod sve većeg broja ljudi, a ponajprije kod djece. Kako bi se dijete pravilno razvijalo, od samog djetinjstva važno je omogućiti mu optimalne uvjete za rast i razvoj – ne samo u obitelji već i u predškolskim ustanovama. Da bismo što lakše pratili djetetov rast i razvoj, prepoznali simptome bolesti ili poremećaja te reagirali na vrijeme, potrebno je raditiantropološka mjerenja, a kako se svakog dana susrećemo sa sve većim brojem pretile ali i pothranjene djece, potrebno jeveliki naglasak staviti i na pravilnu prehranu i svakodnevnu tjelesnu aktivnost. U svrhu utvrđivanja stanja uhranjenosti provedeno je istraživanje u dječjem vrtiću grada Čakovca u dvije odgojne skupine (ukupno 19 dječaka i 12 djevojčica). Za potrebe istraživanja bili su potrebni podaci o dobi djece, njihove tjelesne visine (TV) i tjelesne težine (TT) na temelju kojih je izračunat indeks tjelesne mase (ITM) te njegov percentil (%ITM). Rezultati provedenog istraživanja pokazuju kako ukupno šestero djece, odnosno svako peto dijete ovog uzorka odstupa od normalnog stanja uhranjenosti.
Abstract (english)
This paper is based on explaining the situation of health care and the ways and types of influences that may be crucial when it comes to certain eating disorders or illnesses at preeschool children. The main purpose of the paper is to make people aware of a problem that is nowadays increasingly present at large number of people, especially children. From early childhood, it is important to provide child with optimal conditions for growth and development - not only in family but also in preschools –so child could develop properly. There also need to be done some anthropological measurments in order to monitor the growth and development of a child as easily as possible, to recognize symptoms of deseases or disorders and to respond on time. Also, as we face increasing numbers of overweight and malnourished children every day, great emphasis has to be placed on proper nutrition and daily physical activity. In purpose of this paper we did a research in two preeschool groups (19 boys and 12 girls total) in one of the kindergardens in city of Čakovec. The age of the children, their body height and weight were required for the study to be able to calculate their body mass index. The results of the research show that every fifth child in this sample deviates from the normal state of nutrition.
