Abstract
Roditelji imaju najvažniju ulogu u rastu i razvoju svakog djeteta te je stoga biti dobar i odgovoran roditelj težak i kompleksan zadatak. Kako bi se dijete optimalno i pravilno razvijalo u njegovom odgoju i obrazovanju podjednako trebaju sudjelovati oba roditelja. Oni postavljaju temelje svim područjima dječjeg razvoja: tjelesnom, intelektualnom, emocionalnom, socijalnom i moralnom. Budući da djeca predškolske dobi najviše uče promatranjem i oponašanjem, tako je većina učenja u obitelji nenamjerna. Pozitivni utjecaji i pravilno ponašanje roditelja pridonose kvalitetnom razvoju djeteta. S time u vidu, osnovni cilj ovog rada je, nastavno na strukturirano izlaganje osnovnih pojmova i relevantnih istraživanja, sveobuhvatan prikaz uloge obitelji u svim područjima razvoja djeteta predškolske dobi.
Abstract (english)
Parents have the most important role in the growth and development of every child and therefore being a good and responsible parent is a difficult and complex task. In order for a child to develop optimally and correctly in his upbringing and education, both parents should participate equally. They lay the foundations for all areas of child development: physical, intellectual, emotional, social and moral. Since preschoolers learn the most by observation and imitation, most of the learning in the family is unintentional. Positive influences and proper parental behavior contribute to the quality development of the child. With this in mind, the main goal of this paper is, in addition to a structured presentation of basic concepts and relevant research, a comprehensive overview of the role of the family in all areas of preschool child development.
