Abstract
Ovaj rad bazira se na pojašnjenu pojma uhranjenosti te načinima i vrstama utjecaja koji mogu biti od presudne važnosti kod pojave određenih poremećaja u prehrani ili bolesti djece rane i predškolske dobi. Cilj i svrha rada je osvijestiti problem koji je u današnje vrijeme sve više prisutan kod velikog broja ljudi, a ponajprije djece. Kako bi se dijete pravilno razvijalo od samog djetinjstva najvažnije je osigurati mu potrebne uvjete za pravilan rast i razvoj, ali ne samo u obitelji nego i u odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama. Ključna uloga roditelja i odgojitelja je pratiti rast i razvoj djece te provoditi antropološka mjerenja. Svakim danom se susrećemo sa sve većim brojem pretile, ali i pothranjene djece pa je bitno staviti naglasak na pravilnu prehranu i svakodnevne tjelesne aktivnosti koje su najvažnije u ranoj fazi razvoja. Tjelesna aktivnost može utjecati na tjelesni razvoj i na stvaranje zdravog načina življenja.
Abstract (english)
This paper is based on explaining the concept of nutrition and the ways and types of influences that may be crucial in the occurrence of certain eating disorders or childrens diseases in early and preschool age. The aim and purpose of this paper is to raise awareness of the problem that is increasingly present in a large number of people today, especially children. In order for a child to develop properly from childhood, the most important thing is to provide him with the necessary conditions for proper growth and development, but not only in the family but also in educational institutions. The key role of parents and educators is to monitor the growth and development of children and to conduct anthropological measurements. Every day we encounter an increasing number of obese and malnourished children, so it is important to put emphasis on proper nutrition and daily physical activity, which are the most important in the early stages of development. Physical activity can affect physical development and the creation of a healthy lifestyle.
