Abstract
Utemeljeno je da dijete predškolske dobi ima potrebu za igrom, da je igra njegova osnovna, prirodna i životna manifestacija te da tu potrebu zadovoljava neprestano se igrajući. U predškolskoj dobi je igra nezamjenjivo sredstvo za razvoj djeteta te odgovara zakonitostima njegova psihofizičkog razvoja i samoj njegovoj prirodi. Društveno – pedagoška sredina ističe ulogu igre u razvijanju djetetove ličnosti, a kada je riječ o cjelovitom razvoju djeteta treba istaknuti njenu koheziju u vidu fizičkog, intelektualnog, emocionalnog i socijalnog razvoja. Uloga igre kao važnog čimbenika zdravlja u životu djeteta očituje se ovladavanjem kakvoćom i stupnjem pokreta koji omogućuju osamostaljenje i relativnu neovisnost djeteta u zadovoljavanju svojih potreba i slobodnoj komunikaciji s okruženjem. Dijete kroz pokret upoznaje prostor i njegov sadržaj te time unaprjeđuje intelektualni razvoj. Najprirodniji način učenja pokreta je upravo putem igre.
Abstract (english)
It has been established that a preschool child has the need to play, that playing is his basic, natural and life manifestation, and that he satisfies this need by constantly playing. In preschool age, playing has an irreplaceable meaning for a child's development and corresponds to the laws of his psychophysical development and his very nature. The socio-pedagogical environment emphasizes the role of play in the development of the child's personality, and when it comes to the overall development of the child, its cohesion in the form of physical, intellectual, emotional and social development should be emphasized. The role of playing as an important factor of health in a child's life is manifested by mastering the quality and degree of movement that allow the child's independence and relative independence in meeting their needs and free communication with the environment. Through movement, the child gets to know the space and its content and thus improves intellectual development. The most natural way to learn the basic movements is through playing.
