Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada jest analiza programa Eko-škole na području grada Zagreba. Program Eko-škole jest program koji promiče odgoj i obrazovanje za okoliš. Njime se nastavni sadržaji o zaštiti okoliša primjenjuju u svakodnevnom životu te radu škole. Vrlo je važna uključenost učenika škole u program jer se njime odgajaju učenici koji postaju ekološki osviješteni čime dolazi do promjena u lokalnoj zajednici. Program Eko-škole kvalitetan je način djelovanja kojim škole mogu poboljšati, očuvati, urediti te održati svoj okoliš. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi i informirati se o tome kakvo je postojeće stanje u školama sa statusom Eko-škole na području grada Zagreba. Podatci su prikupljeni anketnim ispitivanjem učitelja i učiteljica. Na temelju analize prikupljenih podataka, utvrđeno je koje aktivnosti vezane uz provođenje programa Eko-škole učitelji i učiteljice provode te u kojoj mjeri. U istraživanju su sudjelovala 63 učitelja i učiteljica razredne nastave na području grada Zagreba. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako se u Eko-školama na području grada Zagreba promiče odgoj i obrazovanje za okoliš provođenjem i organiziranjem različitih aktivnosti, i kako su u program uvijek uključeni učenici, ali nedovoljno roditelji, lokalna zajednica, javnost i mediji.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the Eco-Schools programme in the area of the city of Zagreb. The Eco-Schools programme is a programme which promotes environmental education. Thanks to the programme, teaching contents about environmental protection are applied in everyday life and in the work of the schools. Students’ engagement into the programme is of huge importance because the programme educates students who then become environmentally conscious and create changes in the local community. The Eco-Schools programme is an ideal programme for schools to improve, preserve, organize and maintain the environment. The aim of this diploma thesis was to inform and establish current state in Eco-Schools in the area of the city of Zagreb. The data was conducted through a research – a questionnaire. The questionnaire showed which activities connected to the Eco-Schools, the teachers conduct in their teaching. 63 teachers participated in the research. The research showed that the Eco-schools in Zagreb really do promote environmental education through various activities, but that the students the ones that are always engaged in the programme, unlike their parents, the local community, the public and the media.
