Abstract Ovaj rad obrađuje temu procesne drame u odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama, njene definicije, prednosti, nedostatke. Cilj ovoga rada je pokazati dramski način rada s djecom te pokazati kako je procesna drama, odlična metoda za postizanje odgojno-obrazovnih ishoda. Početak rada posvećen je povijesnom pregledu dramskog i scenskog stvaralaštva te procesne drame u Hrvatskoj. Naglašava se važnost dječjeg sudjelovanja te kako je dramski rad počeo sa spontanim dječjim igrama te se proširio do organiziranih dramskih igara. Uz to su navedene vrste dramskih igara i definicije različitih autora. Detaljnije se govori o dramskim tehnikama, njihovoj podjeli i svrsi, također se navodi kako najbolje izabrati dramsku tehniku. Što želimo postići određenom dramskom tehnikom, kako uvesti djecu u rad, kako je grupa raspodijeljena i slično. Jedan dio rada posvećen je praktičnom prikazu procesne drame provedenoj u dječjem vrtiću. Uz taj praktični prikaz, zapisane su i izjave djece, koje će dokazati navedene tvrdnje da procesna drama ima puno više prednosti nego nedostataka. Kao i da u djeci budi suradništvo, maštu te razvoj samopouzdanja. Napominje se važnost odgojiteljevih kompetencija, uključenosti u rad grupe, kao i dobro poznavanje sve djece u grupi. U radu se često spominje riječ odgojitelj, no to se odnosi na sve učitelje, pedagoge, te one koji žele s djecom probati nov i zanimljiv način učenja. U prilogu rada nalazi se priprema opisane procesne drame na temu slikovnice Grigor Vitez; Razbojnik sa žutom pjegom. Navode se razne uloge koje voditelj može uzeti u radu s djecom, te je li poželjno mijenjati uloge ili nije. Osim svega navedenog, navodi se važnost razumijevanja dječjeg rasta i razvoja, pa je sukladno tome jedan dio rada posvećen mogućnostima predškolske djece.
Abstract (english) This paper deals with the theme of process drama in educational institutions, its definitions, advantages, disadvantages and similar. The aim of this paper is to show an interesting way of working with children and to show that process drama is a great method for achieving educational outcomes. The beginning of the work is dedicated to a historical overview of the development of drama education in Croatia. It emphasizes the importance of children's participation and how dramatic work began with spontaneous children's plays and expanded to organized play. In addition, the play types and definitions of different authors are listed. The drama techniques, their division and purpose are discussed in more detail, as well as how to decide between different drama technique. It is also dedicated to the aim of different drama techniques, how to introduce the play to the kids, how the group is divided and similar. One part of the work is devoted to a description of the process drama carried out in kindergarten. In addition to this description, children's statements have been documented, which will prove the stated claims that process drama has many more advantages than disadvantages, for example: encourages collaboration, imagination and confidence in the children. The importance of the teacher’s competences, involvement in the work of the group, as well as a good knowledge of all the children in the group, are noted. The word educator is often mentioned in the paper, but it applies to all teachers, pedagogues, and those who want to try a new and interesting way of learning with children. Attached to the work is a preparation of the described process drama on the subject of Grigor Vitez's picture book; Razbojnik sa žutom pjegom. There are various roles that a leader can take in working with children, and whether or not it is desirable to change those roles. In addition to all of the above, the importance of understanding children's growth and development is outlined, and accordingly a part of the paper is devoted to the abilities of preschool children.
