Abstract
Svrha i cilj ovoga rada jest pokazati važnost pravilne prehrane i njen utjecaj na suzbijanje pretilosti kod djece predškolske dobi. Problem pretilosti diskutiran je u radovima mnogih stručnjaka i svi su došli do istoga odgovora, edukacija je prvi korak prevencije pretilosti. Ovaj rad dotiče se teme zdrave, pravilne prehrane, dojenja, prehrane nakon dojenja, stanja uhranjenosti djece, pretilosti te njene prevencije. Glavni način suzbijanja pretilosti jest upravo promjena stila života djeteta i uvođenje aktivne tjelovježbe i zdrave prehrane u njegovu rutinu. Dojenje također ima utjecaj na pretilost u budućnosti. Dojena djeca rjeđe su pretila od one hranjene zamjenama za majčino mlijeko. Ustanove dječjeg vrtića uvele su mnoge promjene u prehrani djece, ali i počeli su educirati roditelje o tom problemu.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the importance of proper nutrition and its impact on the prevention of obesity in preschool children. The problem of obesity has been discussed in the works of many experts and all have come to the same answer, education is the first step in the prevention of obesity. This paper deals with the topics of healthy, proper nutrition, breastfeeding, post-breastfeeding, child nutrition, obesity and its prevention. The main way to combat obesity is to change the lifestyle of the child and introduce active exercise and healthy eating into his routine. Breastfeeding also has an impact on obesity in the future. Infants who were breastfeed are less likely to be obese than those fed with breast milk substitutes. Kindergarten institutions have introduced many changes in the nutrition of children, but they have also begun to educate parents about the problem.
