Abstract
Bolesti djece i odraslih razlikuju se po mnogobrojnosti te njihovu manifestiraju. Postoje različite zarazne bolesti koje se pojavljuju samo kod djece, ali ne i kod odraslih (šarlah, hripavac...). Također postoje i bolesti koje mogu biti prisutne i kod odraslih, ali i kod djece (vodene kozice, prehlada, gripa...) Vrlo je bitna edukacija roditelja vezana za dječje bolesti s kojima će se njihovo dijete susresti prilikom polaska u vrtić. Svaki roditelj želi da njegovo dijete bude veselo i zdravo te je zbog toga potrebna suradnja s djelatnicima vrtića te savjetovanje s liječnikom kako bi na taj način mogao pomoći svome djetetu i uvidjeti razliku djetetova stanja. Bitno je prepoznati i razlikovati zdravo te bolesno dijete uz simptome kako bi se bolest što prije mogla otkloniti i izliječiti. Mnogobrojne su dječje zarazne bolesti koje prate različiti simptomi koji se manifestiraju na različite načine. Prilikom boravka u vrtiću, ali izvan njega vrlo je bitna higijena, tj. preventivne mjere koje širenje bolesti. Preventivne mjere poput: redovitog, svakodnevnog prozračivanja prostorija, redovitog održavanja čistoće svih prostorija i opreme, održavanje osobne higijene svih koji borave u dječjem vrtiću te sama izolacija i liječenje oboljelih, pridonose smanjenu širenja te zadržavanja zaraznih bolesti u prostoriji. Kao jedan od načina liječenja oboljelih je i cjepivo koje štiti dijete od određene zarazne bolesti.
Abstract (english)
The diseases of in children and adults are different in different aspects. There are many infectious diseases that affect only children, not adults (scarlet fever, pertussis...). There are also diseases that affect both adults and children (varicella, common cold, influenza). It is of great importance to educate parents about diseases that are likely to affect their children in kindergarten. Parents want their children to be happy and healthy and therefore need to work with kindergarten staff and consult a doctor to best care for the child and notice any changes in the child’s condition. It is important to recognize and part a healthy child from an ill child and to notice the symptoms in order to heal the disease successfully and as soon as possible. Different diseases that affect children have different symptoms that manifest in different ways. Hygiene and precautionary measures are of great importance not only during the stay in the kindergarten but also outside of it. Precautions relate regular and daily ventilation of rooms, regular cleaning of all rooms and equipment, maintenance of personal hygiene of all present in the kindergarten and isolation of the sick. Such precautionary measures prevent diseases from spreading. Vaccination is also a precautionary measure that protects children from certain infectious diseases.
