Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je utvrditi utjecaj integriranog sportskog programa na motoričku efikasnost djece predškolske dobi. S obzirom na cilj ovog rada provedeno je istraživanje u Dječjem vrtiću Jarun kako bi se utvrdilo postoji li statistički značaja razlika u motoričkoj efikasnosti djece polaznika redovitog vrtićkog i polaznika sportskog programa. Istraživanje je uključivalo 37 djece, 15 djevojčica i 21 dječak. Integrirani sportski program polazi 21 dijete, a 16 redovitog programa. Istraživanje je provedeno u veljači 2020. godine u razdoblju od dva dana. Uzorak varijabli činila je baterija od četiri test za procjenu snage, fleksibilnosti i agilnosti. Repetitivna snaga provjeravala se testom Podizanje trupa u 60s, a statička snaga izdržajem u visu. Prenošenjem kockica provjeravala se agilnost, a pretklonom trupa fleksibilnost. Rezultati dobiveni t-test analizom su pokazali da postoji statistički značajna razlika u motoričkoj efikasnosti u tri od četiri provedena testa kojima se provjeravaju motoričke sposobnosti u korist djece koja redovito pohađaju treninge u vrtiću. Time se utvrdilo da postoji utjecaj integriranog sportskog programa na motoričku efikasnost djece predškolske dobi. Sportski programi omogućuju svakom djetetu da postigne najveće moguće postignuće u tjelesnom vježbanju prema njegovim trenutnim razvojnim sposobnostima. Cilj sportskog programa je cjelovit razvoj djeteta putem intenziviranih motoričkih i sportskih motoričkih gibanja. Smisao programa jest kretanje u svrhu razvoja i zdravlja djeteta. Jedan od ciljeva jest utjecaj na djetetove motoričke sposobnosti. Upravo se ovim diplomskim radom htjelo utvrditi postoji li utjecaj sportskog programa na bazične motoričke sposobnosti djece predškolske dobi. U diplomskom radu nalazi se prikaz dosadašnjih istraživanja koja su se bavila istraživanjem utjecaja sportskih programa na motoričke sposobnosti djece predškolske dobi. Rezultati svih istraživanja pokazali su da postoji utjecaj sportskog programa na motoričku efikasnost. Rezultati diplomskig rada podudaraju se s rezultatima dosadašnjih istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to determine the impact of an integrated sports program on the motor efficiency of preschool children. Therefore, a study was conducted in the Kindergarten Jarun to determine whether is a statistically significant difference in motor efficiency of children of regular program participants and sports program participants. The study included 37 children, 15 girls and 21 boys. Integrated sports program had 21 participants, and regular 16. The survey was conducted in February 2020 over a two-day period. The results obtained by t-test analysis of the study showed that there is a statistically significant difference in motor efficiency in three of the four tests performed to check motor abilities. This established that there is an impact of the integrated sports program on the motor efficiency of preschool children. Sports programs allow each child to achieve the greatest possible achievement in physical exercise according to his current developmental abilities. The goal of the sports program is complete development of the child through intensified motor and sports programs. The purpose of the program is excercise for the purpose of the child's development and health. One of the goals is to influence the child's functional motor skills. The purpose of this thesis was to determine whether there is an impact of the sports program on the motor skills of preschool children. The thesis presents previous research that has investigated the impact of sports programs on the motor abilities of preschool children. The results of all studies showed that there is an impact of a sports program on motor efficiency. The results of the thesis coincide with the results of previous research.
