Puppet is priceless when it comes to work with children. Children feel happy with puppet. They feel relaxed and free. Puppet is a child companion during their childhood with whom they, not only play, but also learn. Puppet is a child companion who follows him and with the help of the puppet child solves problems and conflicts that trouble him in its real life. With the help of the puppet child develops speech – adopts new words and terms, develops coordination and prosocial skills and develops positive self image. When interacting with the puppet child can be themselves, but also something that they are not and wishes to be. In educational classroom the puppet is always welcomed by the children. They often tell their secrets and open their heart to the puppet. For instance, the puppet can be a helper to the educator when they want children to learn many different things such as taking care of their health or about relations with their friends. Animation puppet has an important role in development of positive self image, social skills and linguistic expression in preschool children. This I will present throughout my work in the project I have conducted in my educational classroom. The progress in the development of the children due to the use of the puppet is clearly visible in the project.
