Abstract
U ovom radu analizirano je slobodno vrijeme i njegova veza s kineziološkom aktivnošću. Detaljno je analiziran pojam vremena, odnosno slobodnog vremena, a potom je analizirana kineziološka aktivnost i njena poveznica uz slobodno vrijeme kroz igru koja je ujedno i osnovni oblik aktivnosti kod djece. Rad omogućuje čitatelju shvaćanje uloge fizičke aktivnosti u današnjem svijetu prepunom nove tehnike gdje je statički način života preuzeo glavnu ulogu. Ovim radom se pridaje pažnja stvaranju kvalitetnog odgoja koji će ponuditi cjeloviti razvoj i napredak djeteta jer biti fizički aktivan ne djeluje samo na tijelo već i na um te kompletno zdravstveno stanje, a da bi se to postiglo bitno je postići kod djece da izabiru kvalitetne aktivnosti u slobodnom vremenu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes free time and its relation to physical activity. The terms time and spare time are analyzed in detail, followed by an analysis of physical activity and its connection to spare time through playing, which is the main form of physical activity in children. The thesis enables the reader to understand the role of physical activity in modern world full of new technologies, where lifestyle has shifted to being mainly static. This thesis draws attention to creating quality upbringing that will offer a well-rounded development and progress for the children, with a positive impact not only on physical, but also their psychological health. For this to be accomplished, it is crucial to get children to choose to preform quality activities in their spare time.
