Abstract Prema državnom pedagoškom standardu dječji vrtić je ustanova u kojoj se provode
organizirani oblici izvanobiteljskog odgojno – obrazovnog rada, njege i skrbi o djeci
predškolske dobi. Istraživanja su pokazala da je polazak u jaslice kako za djecu, tako i za
roditelje vrlo stresan period u kojem se susreću s mnogobrojnim izazovima. Dijete dolazi iz
poznatog roditeljskog okruženja u zajednicu gdje boravi s većim brojem djece u potpuno
novoj sredini. Kako bi se ovaj stresan period za roditelje i dijete što više olakšao, bitno je s
roditeljima razgovarati i informirati ih o procesu prilagodbe te o općim informacijama o
odgojno – obrazovnoj ustanovi. U ovom je periodu roditeljima potrebna potpora, a odgojitelj
svoju profesionalnu podršku roditeljima daje kroz razne oblike suradnje kao što su roditeljski
sastanci, individualni razgovori i svakodnevna razmjena informacija. Odgojitelj i roditelj na
taj način razvijaju partnerski odnos kao temelj daljnje suradnje, te odgojitelj svojim
djelovanjem može odgovoriti na roditeljske zahtjeve za podrškom (Višnjić Jevtić, Visković,
Rogulj, Bogatić i Glavina, 2018).
Za potrebe ovog rada provedeno je istraživanje putem online anketnog upitnika. Online
upitnik se sastoji od 33 pitanja, 6 tematskih cjelina i 2 demografske varijable. Cilj ovog
istraživanja je samoprocjena stresa roditelja djece u jaslicama. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju
da je većina roditelja pod blagim stresom, a varijable koje im izazivaju najviše stresa su
odvajanje od djeteta, odnos odgojitelja prema djetetu, zdravlje djeteta i odnosi u obitelji.
Većina roditelja odgovorila je da se razina stresa s vremenom uglavnom ili smanjila ili da je
stres u potpunosti nestao.
Ove informacije veoma su važne kako bi odgojitelji uvidjeli strahove roditelja i kako bi
razvili kvalitetnu, otvorenu i obostranu komunikaciju koja je ujedno i ključ uspješne suradnje.
Abstract (english) The kindergarten is an institution by the governmental pedagogical standard, which contains
organized types of extraterrestrial nurtural and educational work for preschool children. Due
to all challenges children face, studies show that going to the nursery is a stressful period for
parents and children. The children come from a familiar parenting environment into a
community where he resides with many children. It is relevant to talk to the parents and
inform them about the adjustment process and general information about the educational
institution to ease this stressful period for parents and children as much as possible. Through
this period, parents need an endorsement, so the educators give them professional support
through various forms of cooperation such as parent meetings, individual meetings, and daily
information exchange. In this way, the educator and the parent develop a partnership as a
basis for further cooperation, and the educator can respond to parental requests for support
through their actions (Višnjić Jevtić, Visković, Rogulj, Bogatić and Glavina, 2018).
For this study, I conducted an online poll. The purpose of this research is the self-assessment
of parental stress, whose children are in nurseries. The results are showing that most parents
are mildly stressed. The variables show that the most stressful things are: separation from
children, the relationship between the educator and the child, child healthiness, and the
relations inside the family. The online questionnaire consists of 33 questions, six thematic
units, and two demographic variables. Most parents answered that the stress level in time was
reduced or completely gone.
For the educators could realize the fears a parent has and evolve a quality, open, and mutual
communication which is the key to successful cooperation these pieces of information are
most important.
