Abstract
Refleksivna praksa usko je povezana uz profesiju odgojno-obrazovnih djelatnika1.Ona potiče jačanje i razvoj profesije te poboljšava kvalitetu pojedinačnih odnosa unutar odgojno-obrazovnog sustava. Da bi praktičar postao profesionalac, potrebno mu je profesionalno usavršavanje, profesionalni razvoj te razumijevanje procesa refleksije i samorefleksije. Stjecanjem specifičnih znanja i kompetencija, praktičar je u prilici razumjeti svakodnevne događaje u praksi i pronaći rješenja, evaluirati svoj rad, uključiti se u inovativna istraživanja. Metoda refleksije u praksi omogućuje zadržavanje fokusa na bitnim komponentama poučavanja, potiče više promišljanja o praksi te stvara elan za kontinuirano educiranje i usavršavanje. Studija slučaja prikazuje dječaka s teškoćama u učenju i njegova učitelja kod kuće, svakodnevne situacije, prepreke te uvođenje promjena u praksu pod utjecajem refleksivne prakse.
Abstract (english)
Reflective practice is closely connected to the profession of education workers2. It encourages reinforcement and growth of the profession, and it improves the quality of individual relationships within the educational system. For a practitioner to become a professional, they have to acquire professional specialization, professional development and understanding of the process of reflection and self-reflection. By acquiring specific knowledge and skills, the practitioner is in the position to understand everyday occurrences in practice and find solutions, evaluate their work, and get involved in innovative research that opens a new learning circle. The method of reflection in practice provides them to stay focused on important elements of teaching, encourages farther consideration about own and others’ practice, and generates enthusiasm for continuous education and specialization in order for them to become a professional. The case study shows a boy with learning difficulties and his teacher, everyday situations and obstacles that affected their relationship and teaching. The case study shows a boy with learning difficulties and his teacher at home, everyday situations, obstacles and the introduction of changes in practice under the influence of reflective practice.
