Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj stanja uhranjenosti na motoričke sposobnosti, koordinaciju i brzinu, kod djece predškolske dobi. Za potrebe istraživanja prikupljen je uzorak od 31 sudionika kojega su činila djeca zagrebačkog vrtića u dobi od 5 do 7 godina. Uzorak varijabli sastojao se od tjelesne mase i tjelesne visine, pomoću kojih je izračunat indeks tjelesne mase. Statističkom obradom podataka prikazani su sljedeći deskriptivni parametri: broj sudionika, srednja vrijednost, minimalna vrijednost, maksimalna vrijednost i standardna devijacija. Utjecaj stanja uhranjenosti na koordinaciju i brzinu testiran je regresijskom analizom. Rezultati pokazuju kako 4 sudionika (12,90%) pripadaju u skupinu pothranjene djece, 19 sudionika (61,29%) pripadaju u skupinu normalno uhranjene djece, 2 sudionika (6,45%) pripadaju u skupinu prekomjerno teške djece i 6 sudionika (19,35%) pripadaju u skupinu pretile djece. Stanje uhranjenosti imalo je utjecaj na motoričke sposobnosti koordinaciju i brzinu jer su u testovima poligon natraške, sunožni skokovi u obruče, krug četveronoške i taping rukom, normalno uhranjena djeca postigla bolje rezultate od pothranjene, prekomjerno teške i pretile djece.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the impact of the state of malnutrition on motor skills coordination and speed in preschool children. A sample of 31 participants consisting of children 5 to 7 years of age was collected for the purpose of this study. The participants were from a kindergarden in Zagreb. The sample of variables was consisted of body mass and body height from which the body mass index was calculated. Statistical data processing presents the following descriptive parameters: number of participants, mean, minimum value, maximum value and standard deviation. The influence of the state of malnutrition on coordination and speed was tested by regression analysis. The results of this research show us that 4 participants (12.90%) belong to the group of undernourished children, 19 participants (61,29%) belong to the group of normally nursing children, 2 participants (6.45%) belong to the group of excessively overweight children and even six participants (19.35%) belong to the group of overweight children. The state of malnutrition had an impact on motor abilities of coordination and speed because in tests the backward polygon, dry jumps in hoops, a circle of quadrupeds and hand taping the group off normally nursing children had the best results.
