Abstract Roditelji su primarni skrbnici koji imaju glavnu ulogu u procesu odgoja i razvoja svojeg djeteta. Oni pružaju sve što je potrebno kako bi dijete izraslo u cjelovitu osobu. Roditelji trebaju ostvariti okruženje u kojem će se dijete osjećati zaštićeno i prihvaćeno. Ustanova za rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje jedna je od prvih djetetovih socijalnih okruženja. Dijete se u ustanovi susreće s programima odgoja i obrazovanja, a njezin osnovni cilj je pružanje podrške suvremenoj obitelji u odgoju djece. Osnovni cilj odgojno-obrazovne ustanove jest osigurati poticajnu okolinu za rast i razvoj svakog djeteta čemu će pogodovati kvalitetni partnerski odnosi s roditeljima. Brojni modaliteti suradnje dokaz su da je moguće ostvariti partnerstvo obitelji i odgojno-obrazovne ustanove kroz suradnju. Kutići za roditelje, individualni razgovori, ankete i evaluacije, web stranice vrtića, pisma roditeljima, roditeljski sastanci, druženja s roditeljima i radionice za roditelje načini su ostvarenja partnerstva kojima se pogled na odnos roditelja i odgojitelja u potpunosti promijenio i transformirao - nabolje. Za unaprjeđenje suradnje u partnerstvo, nužna je motivacija odgojitelja i roditelja za stvaranje odnosa koji se temelji na poštovanju, povjerenju i razumijevanju. Svrha takvog odnosa ima brojne prednosti za roditelji i odgojitelje, a ponajviše za dijete. Također, dužnost odgojitelja prema roditeljima podrazumijeva pružanje podrške i ohrabrivanje prema njihovoj ulozi. Razvoj odnosa koji se temelji na povjerenju i poštovanju roditelja i odgojitelja ključan je kod ostvarivanja partnerstva koji podupire obrazovanje djece. Osjećaj prihvaćenosti, prepoznavanje i pohvala angažmana obitelji te primjereno i pravodobno odgovaranje na potrebe i brige koje roditelji imaju, ono je što roditelje privlači i što im pruža osjećaj shvaćenosti i ravnopravnosti u partnerskom odnosu.
Abstract (english) Parents are the primary caregivers who play a major role in the process of raising and developing their child. They provide everything needed for a child to grow into a whole person. Parents need to create an environment in which the child will feel protected and accepted. The institution for early and preschool education is one of the first social environments of a child. The child encounters educational programs in the institution, and its main goal is to provide support to the modern family in raising children. The main goal of the educational institution is to provide a stimulating environment for the growth and development of each child, which will benefit from quality partnerships with parents. Numerous modalities of cooperation are proof that it is possible to achieve a partnership between a family and an educational institution through cooperation. Boxes for parents, individual interviews, surveys and evaluations, kindergarten websites, letters to parents, parent meetings, meetings with parents and workshops for parents are ways of achieving partnerships that completely change and transform the view of the parent-educator relationship - for the better. To enhance collaboration into a partnership, it is necessary to motivate educators and parents to create a relationship based on respect, trust, and understanding. The purpose of such a relationship has numerous benefits for parents and educators, and most of all for the child. Also, the duty of educators towards parents implies providing support and encouragement according to their role. Developing a relationship based on the trust and respect of parents and educators is key to building a partnership that supports children’s education. A sense of acceptance, recognition and praise of family engagement, and appropriate and timely response to the needs and concerns that parents have, is what attracts parents and gives them a sense of understanding and equality in the partnership.
