Abstract Novi kurikul Kurikulum nastavnog predmeta Hrvatski jezik za osnovne škole i gimnazije (NN 10/2019) donosi promjene u strukturiranju sadržaja nastavnoga predmeta Hrvatski jezik. Navedena promjena direktno je utjecala i na sadržaj i strukturu udžbenika za nastavni predmet Hrvatski jezik u primarnom obrazovanju. U koncepciji novog kurikula središnje mjesto zauzimaju
odgojno-obrazovni ishodi. U ovome radu Kurikulski pristup i metodički kontekst u udžbenicima Hrvatskoga jezika u primarnom obrazovanju razmatramo kurikulski koncept i metodički kontekst poučavanja, analiziramo udžbenike za primarno obrazovanje s obzirom na metodički instrumentarij. Poseban aspekt u ovome radu zauzimaju ishodovna postignuća. Rad je podijeljen u 10 poglavlja. U prvom dijelu terminološki se određuje pojam kurikula, daje se povijesni pregled i razvoj kurikula u svijetu i Hrvatskoj. Razlažu se tematske cjeline kako bismo opisali implementaciju kurikula u nastavu Hrvatskoga jezika. Iznose se različiti modeli
kurikula, a kao zasebna cjelina opisuju se temeljene sastavnice kurikulskog modela (ciljevi, sadržaji, uvjeti i vrednovanje učenja). U drugom dijelu navodi se predmet istraživanja (udžbenici za nastavu Hrvatskoga jezika). Pozicionira se uloga udžbenika u nastavi Hrvatskoga jezika, navode se relevantni podaci vezani uz povijesni razvoj udžbenika te njihovo metodičko oblikovanje za
nastavu Hrvatskoga jezika. U radu se pojmovno određuje i definira primarno obrazovanje u Republici Hrvatskoj kao obrazovni ciklus od prve četiri školske godine. U središnjem dijelu pozicionirana je metodika kao znanost o poučavanju nastavnoga predmeta i njezin suodnos, tj. utjecaj na razvoj čitalačke pismenosti. Istraživački dio prikazuje analizu sadržaja u udžbenicima i priručnicima za nastavu Hrvatskoga jezika u primarnom obrazovanju. Cilj istraživanja je dobiti uvidu u koliko se udžbeničkih jedinica frekventira svaki pojedini ishod koji je dominantan. Istražiti sadržaje i strukturu udžbeničkih jedinica za 1., 2. i 3. razred osnovne škole te istražiti frekvenciju sadržaja za pojedine ishode u nastavi Hrvatskoga jezika u 1., 2. i 3. razredu. Zaključujemo da su zadani ishodi u udžbenicima Hrvatskoga jezika u analiziranim udžbenicima za pojedini razred u primarnom obrazovanju sadržajno povezani te da se međusobno dopunjuju.
Abstract (english) The new curriculum Curriculum of the subject Croatian language for primary schools and gymnasiums (NN 10/2019) brings changes in the structuring of the content of subject Croatian language. This change directly affected the content and structure of the textbook for subject Croatian language in primary education. Educational outcomes occupy a central place in the conception of the new curriculum. In this paper - Curricular approach and methodological context in Croatian language textbooks in primary education, we consider the curricular concept and methodological context of teaching and we analyze textbooks for primary education with regard to methodological tools. A special aspect in this paper is occupied by the initial achievements. The paper is divided into 10 chapters. The first part terminologically defines the concept of curriculum, gives a historical overview and development of curricula in the world and in Croatia. Thematic units are discussed in order to describe the implementation of curricula in Croatian language teaching. Different models of the curriculum are presented and, as a separate unit, the basic components of the curriculum model are described (goals, contents, conditions and evaluation of learning). The second part lists the subject of research - textbooks for teaching the
Croatian language. The role of textbooks in the teaching Croatian language is positioned and relevant data related to the historical development of textbooks and their methodological design for teaching Croatian language are stated. The paper conceptually defines primary education in the Republic of Croatia as an educational cycle from the first four school years. In the central part, methodology is positioned as a science of teaching a subject and its correlation, i.e. the impact on
the development of reading literacy. The research part presents the analysis of the content in textbooks and manuals for
teaching the Croatian language in primary education. The aim of the research is to gain insight into how many textbook units each individual outcome is frequent as dominant. Investigating the contents and structure of the textbook unit for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade of primary school and also the frequency of contents for individual outcomes in the teaching of the Croatian language in the 1st and 3rd grades. The key conclusion is that the set outcomes in the Croatian language textbooks for individual grades in primary education are substantively connected and that they are interconnected and complementary.
