Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je utvrditi razlike u motoričkim sposobnostima djece predškolskog uzrasta prije i tijekom pandemije Covid-19. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 60-ero djece od čega je 30-ero djece iz vrtića u gradu Zagrebu čiji su testovi za procjenu motoričkih sposobnosti provedeni 2017. godine, a ostali uzorak od 30-ero djece su polaznici dječjeg vrtića „Slavuj“ u Svetoj Nedelji čiji su testovi provedeni od prosinca 2021. do siječnja 2022. godine. Za istraživanje korišteni su rezultati baterija testova motoričkih sposobnosti i antropometrijskih karakteristika iz 2017. godine i 2021./2022. godine kojima su testirane motoričke sposobnosti brzine, ravnoteže, repetitivne i eksplozivne snage, fleksibilnosti, izdržljivosti i koordinacije te antropometrijske karakteristike tjelesna visina, tjelesna težina i indeks tjelesne mase. Testovi koji su mjereni su: taping rukom u 10 sekundi (MBTR), stajanje na jednoj nozi na povišenju (MRSJNK), trbušnjaci u 30 sekundi (MST30), skok u dalj iz mjesta (MSDM), pretklon trupa u sijedu (MFSR), trčanje na stazi u trajanju 90 sekundi (MI90) i poligon natraške (MKPN) te tjelesna visina i tjelesna težina. U istraživanju korišten je ONE WAY ANOVA test na temelju kojega rezultati pokazuju da postoje statistički značajne razlike u motoričkim sposobnostima brzini i izdržljivosti te u tjelesnoj težini i indeksu tjelesne mase tijekom pandemije u usporedbi prije pandemije Covid- 19. Nadalje, analizom varijanca nisu utvrđene statističke značajne razlike u motoričkim sposobnostima fleksibilnosti, repetitivne i eksplozivne snage, ravnoteže i koordinacije te u tjelesnoj visini djece.
Abstract (english)
The aim was of this graduate thesis is to determine differences in motor skills of preschool children before and during pandemic Covid-19. The research was conducted on a sample of 60 children, of which 30 children are from kindergartens in the city of Zagreb, whose tests were conducted in 2017, and the rest of the sample of 30 children are attendees of a kindergarten „Slavuj“ in Sveta Nedelja whose tests conducted from December 2021 to January 2022. The results of batteries of tests of motor skills and anthropometric characteristics from 2017 and 2021/2022 were used for the research, which tested motor skills of speed, balance, repetitive and explosive power, flexibility, endurance and coordination, and anthropometric characteristics of body height, weight and body mass index. Test that are measured: hand tapping in 10 seconds (MBTR), standing on one leg on the rise (MRSJNK), sit-ups in 30 seconds (MST30), long-range jump (MSDM), torso forward in the sit (MFSR), running on the track for 90 seconds (MI90), polygon backwards (MKPN) and body height and body weight. The study used the ONE WAY ANOVA test, based on which the results show that there are statistically significant differences in motor skills speed and endurance and body weight and body mass index of children during pandemic compared to before pandemic Covid-19. Furthermore, the analysis of variance did not reveal statistically significant differences in motor skills of mobility, repetitive and explosive power, balance and coordination, and in the anthropometric characteristic of body height.
