Abstract Istraživački pristup u nastavi prirode i društva suvremeni je pristup koji stavlja učenika u središte nastavnog procesa. Učenik samostalno istražuje te tako dolazi do spoznaje. Ovakav pristup pridonosi razvijanju kreativnosti i znatiželje, a razvijaju se i vještine promatranja, postavljanja pitanja, uspoređivanja, analiziranja, generaliziranja, prikupljanja informacija, vrednovanja i sl. Razvijene se vještine primjenjuju u daljnjem životu. Usmjerenost na učenika, njegove sposobnosti, interese, kao i samostalno konstruiranje znanja, ciljevi su suvremene nastave prirode i društva. Oni se, osim u učionici, ostvaruju izvan školske ustanove. Riječ je tada o izvanučioničkoj nastavi čiji je cilj učenje otkrivanjem u neposrednoj životnoj stvarnosti.
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati mišljenje učitelja primarnog obrazovanja o istraživačkom pristupu u izvanučioničkoj nastavi prirode i društva te njihovu vlastitu procjenu kompetencija za provođenje istog. Svrha istraživanja bila je utvrditi poznavanje koncepta istraživačke nastave izvan učionice, mišljenje o njezinoj primjeni te kompetencije učitelja potrebne za provođenje takvog oblika nastave.
U istraživanju je sudjelovalo četrdeset osam učitelja primarnog obrazovanja. Ispitani učitelji poučavaju u školama u Bjelovarsko-bilogorskoj i Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji. Podaci su prikupljani postupkom anketiranja.
Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na svjesnost o pozitivnim stranama istraživačkog pristupa u izvanučioničkoj nastavi prirode i društva. Učitelji su svoje kompetencije za provođenje istraživačkog učenja u izvanučioničkoj nastavi prirode i društva procijenili izrazito razvijenima. Također, rezultati ukazuju na djelomičnu povezanost između mišljenja o istraživačkoj izvanučioničkoj nastavi i kompetencija za provođenje takve nastave te da ne postoji statistički značajna povezanost radnog iskustva učitelja sa samoprocjenom kompetencija i mišljenjem o istraživačkoj izvanučioničkoj nastavi.
Primjena istraživačkog pristupa u izvanučioničkoj nastavi prirode i društva djeluje pozitivno na cjelokupni učenički razvoj. Analizom rezultata zaključuje se o potrebi za provođenjem takve nastave te nužnom stručnom usavršavanju radi stjecanja kompetencija za provođenje ovakve nastave.
Abstract (english) Research approach in Science and Social Studies classes is a modern approach that puts the student in the center of the teaching process. The student independently researches and comes to cognition. This approach contributes to development of creativity and curiosity. It also developes skills of observation, asking questions, comparing, analyzing, generalizing, gathering informations, evaluating, etc. These developed skills ought to be applied later in life. Focusing on the student, their abilities, interests, as well as independent construction of knowledge are the goals of modern teaching of Science and Social Studies classes. Except in the classroom, they are used outside the classroom. It is an outside classroom learning whose purpose is discovery learning in the immediate environment.
The aim of this research was to examine the opinion of primary school teachers on the outside classroom research learning in Science and Social Studies classes and their own assessment of the competence to implement it. The purpose of the research was to determine knowledge of the outside of the classroom research-based concept, the opinion about its application and competences teachers need to implement such a form of teaching.
Forty-eight primary education teachers participated in the research. Teachers thought in schools in Bjelovar-Bilogora and Sisak-Moslavina counties. Data was collected through a survey.
The results of the research indicate awareness of the positive aspects of the research approach in outside classroom learning of Science and Social Studies classes. Teachers assessed their competences for carrying out research-based learning outside the classroom in Science and Social studies classes as excellently developed. The results also indicate a partial connection between the opinion about research-based outside classroom learning and competencies on conducting such teaching, no statistically significant connection between the teacher's work experience and the self-assessment of competences and the opinion about research-based outside classroom learning in Science and Studies classes.
. The application of the research-based outside classroom learning in Science and Social studies classes has a positive effect on the overall student development. The analysis of the results conclude the necessary of teaching such classes and professional development in order to acquire competences for teaching such classes.
