Abstract
Igra predstavlja snažan alat za poticanje interakcije, stvaranje motivacije te omogućavanje spontanog učenja. Diplomski rad prikazuje važnost primjene edukativne igre u nastavi matematike u osnovnim školama. Cilj je rada osmisliti i oblikovati edukativnu igru u kojoj će se matematički koncepti kombinirati s elementima zabave i interaktivnosti. Rad opisuje proces izrade edukativne igre, uključujući dizajn i razvoj sadržaja. Igra je oblikovana prema ishodima kurikuluma iz 2019. godine te prilagođena različitim razinama znanja i učeničkim vještinama. Upotreba edukativne igre u nastavi matematike ima pozitivan utjecaj na motivaciju, angažman, razumijevanje i usvajanje matematičkih koncepata kod učenika. Igra pruža interaktivno okruženje u kojem učenici mogu primijeniti stečena znanja, razviti vještine rješavanja problema i kritičko razmišljanje.
Abstract (english)
The game represents a powerful tool for encouraging class participation, creating motivation and enabling spontaneous learning. This Graduate paper shows the importance of using educational game in math classes in primary school. The aim of this paper is to create and develop educational game which will use mathematical concepts and elements of entertainment while encouraging class participation. The paper describes the process of creating an educational game, including both the design of the game and content development. The game is designed according to the results of the 2019 curriculum and adapted to different levels of knowledge and student skills. The use of educational games in teaching mathematics has a positive impact on students' motivation, engagement, understanding and acquisition of mathematical concepts. The game provides an interactive environment where students can apply acquired knowledge, develop problem-solving skills and improve their critical thinking.
