Abstract
U ovom radu definirati će se Downov sindrom, prikazati njegove karakteristike i uočiti mogućnosti uključivanja djece s Down sindromom u dječje vrtiće. Rad je podijeljen na šest poglavlja. U uvodnom dijelu iznosi se predmet rada, kao i njegova struktura. U drugom poglavlju definiran je poremećaj i njegova učestalost. U trećem poglavlju prikazane su karakteristke djece s Down sindromom, njihov tjelesni, kognitivni(spoznajni) i socioemocionali razvoj. Također, prikazan je program rane intervencije, uloga odgajatelja i njegove kompetencije za rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju. Navedene su i terapijske tehnike u radu s djecom s Down sindromom. A u posljednjem poglavlju rada, u zaključku, sažeto je prikazano sve što je u radu izneseno, a također će biti prikazane i određene spoznaje o Down sindromu u predškolskom uzrastu do kojih se došlo prilikom pisanja rada.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, Down's syndrome will be defined, as well as its characteristics and the ability to include children with Down Syndrome in kindergartens. The work is divided into six chapters. The introductory part contains the subject of the work as well as its structure. The second chapter defines the disorder and its frequency. The third chapter presents the characteristics of children with Down syndrome, their physical, cognitive (cognitive) and socioemocional development. Also, a program of early intervention, the role of the educator and his competences for working with children with developmental difficulties is presented. Therapeutic Techniques for Down Syndrome with Children. And in the final chapter of the paper, in summary, all the work in this paper is summarized and some findings on Down syndrome in preschool age that were written during the writing were also presented.
