Abstract Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje vezu između kineziološke aktivnosti i prehrambenih navika djece. U današnjem sve digitaliziranijem svijetu, sve manje vremena i pažnje posvećujemo vlastitom tjelesnom zdravlju i prehrambenim navikama. Nadalje, rad će istražiti ulogu obitelji, škole i društvenog okruženja u oblikovanju kinezioloških aktivnosti i prehrambenih navika djece.
Abstract (english) This Master thesis investigates the connection between kinesiology activity and children's eating habits. Considering the ubiquitous problem of insufficient physical activity and improper food choices in children, the research aims to understand how kinesiology activities and eating habits interact and how this interaction affects children's health and well-being. In today's increasingly digitized world, we devote less and less time and attention to our own physical health and eating habits. The problem of lack of physical activity and unhealthy food choices, especially among children, is becoming increasingly serious and requires thorough research to understand its origins and to develop effective prevention strategies. The aim of this thesis is to provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between kinesiology activity and children's eating habits and to identify the factors that shape these patterns and potential interventions to promote healthy behavior. The work will analyze available literature and relevant research studies that investigate the impact of regular physical activity and children's eating patterns. Through the analysis of data collected from research on children's physical activity and eating habits, the research will identify potential patterns and connections between these two factors. Furthermore, the paper will investigate the role of family, school and social environment in shaping children's kinesiology activities and eating habits. It will examine how these factors can encourage or limit healthy habits in children and how cooperation between different sectors can be improved to encourage healthy behavior. This work aims to contribute to a better understanding of the importance of a holistic approach to children's health and to emphasize the need for preventive programs aimed at promoting healthy habits from an early age.
