The aim of the research was to determine how does the physiological load move on the kinesiology class with children of the older age group in preschool age. One lesson of Kinesiology class was spent with preschool children in the kindergarten „Utrina“ in Zagreb. The methodical-organizational form of work that is used on the class is polygon of abstacles and the lesson lasted 35 minutes. The research sample inculded 13 children, of which it was 7 girls and 6 boys. In order to determine how does the physiological load moves while in the Kinesiology class, a measure was used to measure the heart rate of the participants, in this case children. The „Heart Rate Monitor – Pulse App“ was used for the measurement. Heart rate was measured before the beggining of the Kinesiology class and in the end of each subsequent part of the class. The obtained data are defined in tables and using graphs. By processing the obtained data, a physiological load movement curve was obtained thoughout the entire class of the Kinesiological Culture. The results obtained by measuring the heart rate of the participants were calculated descriptive parameters: arithmetic mean, maximum and minimum number of heart rates, range from minimum and maximum number of heart rates and standard deviation. Using the results obtained by dana processing, we got an insight into the movement of physiological load on one class of Kinesiological Culture. The analysis showed that the physiological load does not fully coincide with the physiological load od E. Vukotić, which states that the load should gradually increase until the end of the main „B“ part of the class and after return to the same or approximately the same value as at the beginning of the class
