Abstract
Igra ima važnu ulogu u razvoju djeteta. Dijete kroz igru razvija samostalnost, samokontrolu i samopouzdanje. Dijete kroz igru istražuje i iskušava svoje sposobnosti, znanja i vještine, uči nove i ponavljanjem usavršava prethodno naučene. Kroz razne igre dijete razvija maštu, kreativnost, spretnost, preciznost i razne druge vještine i sposobnosti. Dijete kroz igru postaje svjesno samog sebe i svoje okoline. Dječja igra također utječe na socioemocionalni razvoj, motoriku, spoznaju, govor te dječji osjećaj za glazbu i likovnost. Važnu ulogu u dječjoj igri imaju roditelji i odgojitelji. Na njih utječu roditelji i odgojitelji. Oni djetetu moraju osigurati vrijeme, prostor i potreban materijal kako bi dijete moglo izraziti svoju maštu i kreativnost. Cilj rada je prikazati koji je značaj igre u dječjem razvoju, kako se igra razvijala kroz povijest, kako ona utječe na cjelokupni razvoj djeteta te kakvu ulogu imaju odrasli u dječjoj igri. Igra je poligon na kojem se dijete priprema za daljnji život.
Abstract (english)
Play has an important role in the development of a child. Through play, a child develops independence, self-control, and self confidence. They explore and test their abilities, knowledge, and skills, learning new ones and reinforcing previously learned ones through repetition. Various games help a child develop imagination, creativity, dexterity, precision, and other skills and abilities. Play helps a child become aware of themselves and their surroundings. It also influences their socio-emotional development, motor skills, cognition, speech, as well as their sense of music and art. Parents and educators play a crucial role in a child's play. They provide the child with time, space, and necessary materials for them to express their imagination and creativity. The goal is to highlight the significance of play in a child's development, how it has evolved throughout history, its impact on overall child development, and the role of adults in children's play. Play is a playground where a child prepares for further growth.
