Abstract Ovaj završni rad predstavlja sveobuhvatnu analizu integracije kinezioloških aktivnosti i pravilne prehrane u predškolske ustanove s ciljem promicanja optimalnog zdravstvenog razvoja djece. Temeljna ideja rada je istražiti ključne koncepte kineziologije, kinezioloških aktivnosti, prehrane i nutrijenata te njihove uloge u razvoju djece. Rad se posebno fokusira na nove prehrambene standarde, integraciju kinezioloških aktivnosti u obrazovne programe, ulogu kuhara u prilagodbi prehrane dječjim potrebama te izazove u implementaciji kinezioloških aktivnosti u predškolskim ustanovama.
U teorijskom dijelu rada, detaljno su obrađeni koncepti kineziologije i tjelesne aktivnosti, njihova struktura i značaj za predškolsku dob. Istaknute su razlike između kinezioloških i tjelesnih aktivnosti te njihove zajedničke koristi za cjelokupno zdravlje djece. Nadalje, rad analizira važnost pravilne prehrane, uloge nutrijenata i hranjivih tvari te novih prehrambenih standarda koji osiguravaju kvalitetnu prehranu djece u vrtićima.
Poseban naglasak stavljen je na integraciju prehrane i kineziologije u obrazovni program predškolskih ustanova. Kroz analizu različitih studija i smjernica zdravstvenih organizacija, istražene su najbolje prakse i predložene strategije za unapređenje integracije ovih aspekata u svakodnevne aktivnosti djece. Proučavajući ulogu odgojitelja, stručnih suradnika i kuhara, rad naglašava važnost multidisciplinarnog pristupa u provedbi ovih programa.
U zaključnom dijelu, rad razmatra izazove i prepreke u implementaciji kinezioloških aktivnosti u predškolskim ustanovama te nudi strategije za njihovo unapređenje. Integracija kinezioloških aktivnosti i pravilne prehrane prepoznata je kao ključna za optimalan razvoj djece, a predložene strategije imaju za cilj pružiti učinkovita rješenja za izazove s kojima se suočavaju odgajatelji, kuhari i ostalo osoblje u predškolskim ustanovama.
Abstract (english) This final thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the integration of kinesiology activities and proper nutrition in preschool institutions, aiming to promote the optimal health development of children. The fundamental idea of the work is to explore key concepts such as kinesiology, kinesiology activities, nutrition, and nutrients, and their roles in the development of children. The thesis particularly focuses on new nutritional standards, the integration of kinesiology activities into educational programs, the role of cooks in adapting meals to children's needs, and the challenges of implementing kinesiology activities in preschool institutions.
The theoretical part of the thesis thoroughly examines the concepts of kinesiology and physical activity, their structure, and their significance for preschool age. The differences between kinesiology and physical activities and their combined benefits for children's overall health are highlighted. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the importance of proper nutrition, the roles of nutrients, and the new nutritional standards that ensure quality nutrition for children in kindergartens.
Special emphasis is placed on the integration of nutrition and kinesiology into the educational curriculum of preschool institutions. Through the analysis of various studies and guidelines from health organizations, the best practices are explored, and strategies are proposed to improve the integration of these aspects into the daily activities of children. By examining the roles of educators, professional associates, and cooks, the thesis underscores the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in implementing these programs.
In the concluding part, the thesis discusses the challenges and obstacles in implementing kinesiology activities in preschool institutions and offers strategies for their improvement. The integration of kinesiology activities and proper nutrition is recognized as crucial for the optimal development of children, and the proposed strategies aim to provide effective solutions to the challenges faced by educators, cooks, and other staff in preschool institutions.
