Njihova stručnost i poznavanje svih aspekata odbojke omogućuju im uspješno vođenje nastave.
Abstract (english) In primary schools, volleyball is one of the sports taught as part of the curriculum. The analysis of the content of volleyball elements in primary education, as well as their integration into the Curriculum for Elementary Schools in the Republic of Croatia and the Curriculum of the subject of Physical and Health Education, aims to assess the impact of these elements on children's development. Volleyball in primary education has a significant impact on children's development, including motor, morphological, and functional abilities. Through the analysis of the objectives and themes of volleyball elements in this context, the importance of a proper learning approach is emphasized, emphasizing the need to understand basic elements before adopting techniques. Special attention is given to basic motor techniques such as jumping, throwing, catching, aiming, and rolling, which are addressed before the actual volleyball content begins. Research shows that games are a significant part of the Curriculum in comparison to other content of physical and health education and are more frequently represented in classroom teaching. The objectives of physical and health education include promoting health, fostering a positive attitude towards physical activity, adopting habits of regular exercise, and developing psychophysical abilities. Students from the first to the fourth grade gradually learn basic volleyball techniques, with the emphasis on mastering the final spike in the fourth grade. Basic motor skills and natural movements necessary for further adoption of volleyball techniques are developed from the first to the third grade. In the fourth grade, students specialize in the first specific volleyball technique - the spike. Subsequently, during the following years, they learn more complex techniques such as underarm pass, serve, serve reception, spike, mini-volleyball, and one-handed attacking jump serve. Physical and health education teachers play a key role in teaching volleyball techniques and developing a love for this sport in students. Their expertise and knowledge of all aspects of volleyball enable them to successfully lead classes.
