Abstract Informacijska i komunikacijska tehnologija (IKT) revolucionirala je područje obrazovanja, transformiraju i tradicionalne metode podučavanja u interaktivnije i zanimljivije iskustvo. IKT u obrazovanju uključuje korištenje računala, interneta i digitalnih medija za poboljšanje ishoda učenja. Omogućuje interakciju u stvarnom vremenu, pristup ogromnim izvorima informacija i mogućnost stvaranja i dijeljenja sadržaja.
Međutim, integracija IKT-a u obrazovanje nije bez izazova.
Abstract (english) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has revolutionized the field of education, transforming traditional teaching methods into a more interactive and engaging experience. ICT in education involves the use of computers, internet and digital media to improve learning outcomes. It provides real-time interaction, access to create huge sources of information, and the ability to share content.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a significant component of ICT in education. AI-powered tools such as intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive learning software and language processing applications are increasingly being used to personalize learning, making it more effective and efficient. AI can analyse students' learning patterns, provide instant feedback and tailor content to individual needs, thereby improving learning outcomes.
However, the integration of ICT in education is not without challenges. The digital divide, characterized by unequal access to ICT resources, is a significant problem. This disparity is often the result of socioeconomic factors and can lead to educational inequality.
Furthermore, successful ICT integration requires substantial investment in infrastructure, training and support services, which can be a barrier for many institutions.
With the development of technology, privacy and user data protection also becomes a problem that needs to be systematically analysed and solved.
The future of ICT in education is promising. New technologies such as virtual and augmented reality and UI are expected to further transform the educational landscape. These technologies can provide immersive learning experiences, improve collaboration, and streamline administrative processes.
This paper will describe the main parts of ICT, with all the advantages and disadvantages of its use, which can be used to improve teaching in the educational system. The paper is intended for all participants in the education system as a systematic review of the literature and research conducted so far on the use of ICT in education, with an emphasis on teachers, to encourage the use of ICT in teaching for the creation of new interactive ways of teaching content. It will also present new ideas about the introduction of technology into the teaching process, the future possibilities they offer and the dangers they bring.
