Abstract
Glavni predmet ovog rada je procjena motoričkih sposobnosti djece predškolske dobi, s posebnim naglaskom na ispitivanje metrijskih karakteristika testova ravnoteže, koordinacije, snage i fleksibilnosti. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi pouzdanost, valjanost, osjetljivost, homogenost i objektivnost ovih testova te njihovu primjenjivost u praksi. Istraživanje je provedeno u adekvatnoj sportskoj dvorani jedne predškolske ustanove u Zagrebu. U navedenom istraživanju sudjelovalo je ukupno 18-ero djece, od kojih je bilo šest djevojčica i dvanaest dječaka. Kronološka dob svih ispitanika prilikom mjerenja bila je u razdoblju od 5 do 6 godina. Provedena su četiri testa: test „Stajanje na jednoj nozi na kocki (MRSJNK)“, test „Skok u dalj iz mjesta (MSDM)“, test „Pretklon trupa u sjedu (MFSR)“ i Test „Poligon natraške (MKPN)“, a analizom podataka utvrđeno je da su testovi pokazali visoku razinu osjetljivosti, homogenosti i pouzdanosti. Budući da je uzorak ispitanika bio mali broj, N=18, potrebna su istraživanja metrijskih karakteristika ovih testova na većem broju ispitanika.
Abstract (english)
The main subject of this paper is the assessment of motor skills in preschool children, with a particular focus on examining the metric characteristics of tests for balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. The aim of the research was to determine the reliability, validity, sensitivity, homogeneity, and objectivity of these tests and their applicability in practice. The research was conducted in an appropriate sports hall of a preschool institution in Zagreb. A total of 18 children participated in the study, including six girls and twelve boys. The chronological age of all participants at the time of measurement was between 5 and 6 years. Four tests were conducted: the "Standing on One Leg on a Block (MRSJNK)" test, the "Standing Long Jump (MSDM)" test, the "Sit and Reach (MFSR)" test, and the "Backwards Obstacle Course (MKPN)" test. Data analysis showed that the tests demonstrated a high level of sensitivity, homogeneity, and reliability. Given that the sample size was small, N=18, further research on the metric characteristics of these tests with a larger number of participants is necessary.
