Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjene su četiri faze rada pri rješavanju problema prema Georgeu Polyau, a one su: razumijevanje zadatka, stvaranje plana, izvršavanje plana i osvrt. Navedene faze daju smjernice pomoću kojih se može riješiti problem. Korisne su za učitelje koji kod svojih učenika žele razvijati vještinu u rješavanju zadataka te za učenike koji nastoje razviti svoje vlastite sposobnosti. Učenici svoje vlastite sposobnosti stječu kroz rješavanje zadatka, primjenu stečenog znanja i diskusiju o rješenju. U radu su navedeni primjeri rješavanja zadataka po fazama rada prema Georgeu Polyau. Na kraju je dan autoetnografski prikaz vlastitog rješavanja problema prema navedenim fazama. Na umu uvijek trebamo imati da je rješenje velikog problema i veliko otkriće. U rješavanju svakog problema ima nešto otkrivačko.
Abstract (english)
In this work, four phases of solving problems, according to George Polya, have been explained, and they are: understanding the task, creating a plan, completing the plan and review. These phases serve as a guideline to solve the problem. They are useful for teachers who want to develop skills in solving tasks with their students and for students who want to develop their own abilities. Students acquire their own abilities through solving the task, applying the acquired knowledge, and discussing the solution. In the work, we can find examples of solving tasks according to the phase of work made by George Polya. At the end there is an auto-etnographic review of own problem solving approach according to the mentioned phases. We need to bear in mind that the solution to a great problem is a great discovery. There is something revealing in solving each problem.
