Abstract Komunikacija je jedan od ključnih faktora uspješnog poslovanja svih ustanova , kako velikih kompanija tako i odgojno obrazovnih institucija. Tema rada je socijalna interkacija između stručnih suradnika i odgojitelja. Svrha rada je saznati u kojoj su mjeri odgojitelji zadovoljni socijalnom interakcijom sa stručnim suradnicima u odgojno-obrazovnoj ustanovi. Na početku rada definirana je socijalna interakcija kao međudjelovanje, odnosno sastoji se od vlastitih akcija te akcija drugih ljudi što rezultira određenim društvenim djelovanjem. Zatim su navedeni stručni suradnici i njihov odnos sa odgojiteljima te potrebna socijalna interakcija u partnerskom odnosu. Na kraju rada predstavljeno je istraživanje provedeno putem anketnog upitnika na istu temu. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako se odgojitelji svih županija Republike Hrvatske susreću sa sličnim problemima u odnosu sa stručnim suradnicima. Problemi koji se javljaju, tj. prepreke koje ometaju razvoj partnerskog odnosa stručnih suradnika i odgojitelja, a koje je većina ispitanika navela u anketi su: manjak otvorene i iskrene komunikacije kao i uzajamnog razumijevanja te podrške. Kako bi ovaj rad bio što relevantnij, odnosno rezultati koji su prikazani u njemu, u radu je spomenuto i istraživanje koje su proveli Vujićić i Čamber Tambolaš u radu: „Profesionalni razvoj odgajatelja: izazov za pedagoga“ (2017.). Istraživanje je za rezultat dalo slične rezultate, iako su odgojitelji pokazali zadovoljstvo suradničkim odnosima, pokazali su isto tako nedostatak otvorene komunikacije. Iako postoje određene prepreke, odgojitelji su svojim odgovorima na postavljena pitanja pokazali želju i spremnost na promjenu te najvažnije, ljubav prema svome pozivu. Na kraju ankete, odgojitelji su napisali svoje sugestije za poboljšanje međusobnog odnosa. Sugestije koje su se češće pojavile su: potreba za češćim susretima, radionicama, aktivima i refleksijama te duži boravak stručnih suradnika u skupinama.
Abstract (english) The topic of this graduate thesis is social interaction between professional associates and kindergarten teachers. The purpose of the thesis is to find out to what extent the kindergarten teachers are satisfied with the social interaction with the professional associates in the educational institutions. At the beginning of the thesis social interaction is defined as interaction, ie. it consists of its own actions and actions of other people which result in certain social activity. Then, professional associates and their relationship with educators and necessary social interaction in their relationship is listed. At the end of the thesis, a survey was conducted through a survey questionnaire on the same topic. Research has shown that kindergarten teachers of all counties of the Republic of Croatia face similar problems with professional associates. Problems that arise, ie. obstacles that hinder the development of the relationship between professional associates and educators, which the majority of respondents have pointed out in the survey are: lack of open and honest communication as well as mutual understanding and support. In order to make this thesis as relevant as possible, ie. the results presented therein, the thesis also mentions the research conducted by Vujićić and Čamber Tambolaš in the paper: „Profesionalni razvoj odgajatelja: izazov za pedagoga“ (2017.). Their research has given similar results. Eventhough educators have shown satisfaction with collaborative relationship they have also pointed out the lack of open communication. Although there are certain obstacles, educators have expressed their desire and willingness to change and, most importantly, the love for their job which is clear from the answers they have given to the questions asked. At the end of the survey, the educators wrote their suggestions for improving mutual relationship. Suggestions that occured more frequently are: the need for more frequent meetings, workshops, activities and reflections, and longer stay of professional associates in groups.
