Abstract
U ovom radu se analizira suvremena obitelj i tjelesno vježbanje, njihovo međusobno prožimanje i djelovanje, odnosno njihov utjecaj na odgoj i razvoj djeteta. Suvremene obitelji suočene su s mnogim problemima današnjice. Društvo u kojem živimo odlikuje se užurbanošću, kroničnim nedostatkom vremena, više se sve radi površno. Današnji roditelji se često nalaze u procjepu između zadovoljenja vlastitih potreba i onih obiteljskih. Djeca se sve ranije odvajaju iz obiteljskog doma i pohađaju odgojno – obrazovne ustanove, dječje vrtiće. Uloga obitelji kao najvažnije sredine djeteta je nezamjenjiva. Predškolska ustanova djetetu postaje druga obitelj, drugi dom. Roditeljima je potrebna pomoć i podrška u podizanju djeteta. U radu se ističe važnost komunikacije roditelja i odgojitelja kako bi se unaprijedila kvaliteta života djeteta u obitelji i instituciji. Tjelesno vježbanje pozitivno utječe na pravilan rast i razvoj djeteta. U predškolskom razdoblju dijete stječe navike koje ostaju za čitav život. Prilikom provođenja tjelovježbenih aktivnosti potrebno je poznavati psihofizičke karakteristike djeteta. Cilj ovog rada bio je istražiti stavove roditelja o tjelesnom vježbanju djece predškolske dobi.
Abstract (english)
In my master´s thesis I analized modern family and physical exercising and their influence on the raise and development of the childern. Modern families face many issues of modern living. People in modern society are living in rush, they are facing a lack of time and suffer from superficiality. Modern parents are facing difficulties in satisfying their own needs and the needs of their family. Childern are leaving their family homes earlier then before to attend shools and kindergartens. But the role of the family is the most important for every child. Preschool institutions become childrens second homes. Parents need help and support in raising a child. It is very important that parents and employees of preschool institutions have good communication in order to improve the quality of children´s life there and at home. Physical exercise is very imprtant because it helps child´s proper growth and development. During preschool time children learn new things and acquire habbits that will remain for the rest of their lifes. During performance of physical workout it is important to understand their mental and physical characteristics. The goal of this paper is to explore parent´s thoughts about physical exercise of their preschool children.
