Abstract | Diplomski rad se konceptualno, tematski i skulpturalno bavi pokretom. |
Abstract (english) | The master’s thesis deals conceptually, thematically, and sculpturally with the movement. A step is only one of the terms that could be linked to the movement as a spatial motion pattern. Both aesthetics and composition are organized around the abstract motion form in the sculpture, but not in a symmetrical or balanced pattern. Counterpost is a classic expression for the movement tension and drama, which is seen as the relationship between the static and dynamic rhythmic form, whose basic expression is a curved linear form with the emphasis on the dynamic space dislocation rather than the mass. These playful forms create a mild constructivist allusion on the figure, silhouette. The pose, the impostation is not the heroic mirror expression easily compared to something in the world, but it is something beyond human existence, which is reflected in the confrontation with something else present in the world. The purpose of the thesis is to explore the tension between the abstract and the slightly anthropomorphic visual pattern of the curved form. In other words, the purpose is, by the simple lines of the curved metal plating delimiting the space, to show the immanent body dynamics, cubist plan articulation, constructivist and futuristic dynamics and thus indirectly direct the attention to a human figure seen by the Cubo-Futurism tradition. |
